A place that immediately wins you over: delicious food, friendly and always smiling staff, and a light-hearted atmosphere that makes you feel on vacation even though you're at home. Not only do you eat well here, you feel truly at home: you laugh, chat, and relax. It's truly one of those restaurants that makes you say, "Okay, I absolutely have to go back!"

A pleasant restaurant where you can also eat outside. The pizza is good, wood-fired and with unique flavors. The wait is reasonable and the service is courteous. Updated 2025. I confirm, in fact, it's improved.

Accueil agréable, cuisine parfaite. J'adore. Galatone est une ville magnifique, à l'architecture baroque, qui nous a mis en extase et nous a fait trouver ce restaurant en accord avec son environnement.

Update: June 2025. It's still awesome. I absolutely love their pizza crust. Great experience. Food and service were top notch! If you're in Galatone this is a much stop spot for lunch or dinner.

06/08/2025: A very positive experience, prices significantly lower than any other pizzeria in Salento, friendly and professional staff, quick ordering and table service, highly recommended. N.B. In addition to everything mentioned above, I'd like to point out that TABARIS doesn't charge a cover charge. Come in large numbers.
28/06/2025: Very welcoming terrace in an old mansion renovated and dedicated to pizzeria restaurant. Excellent meat and friendly service.

23/05/2025: Simple et efficace. Nous avons été un peu "pressés" de commander, ce qui s'explique peut-être par le fait qu'une table de 34 personnes était attendue. Nous avons mangé une pizza et des linguine vongole : simple, efficace, rien à redire. Une bonne adresse.
11/04/2025: Bel posto, staff giovane, simpatico e attento. Pizza squisita. Bella serata, da ripetere. Consigliato assolutamente.
