An unforgettable evening in the heart of Ceglie Messapica" On Saturday evening I had the pleasure of having dinner in a restaurant in the heart of the charming ancient village of Ceglie Messapica. The atmosphere was magical: sitting outdoors, surrounded by stone alleys and soft lights, I immediately felt transported to another dimension. Dinner began with a mixed starter that exceeded all expectations. An explosion of authentic flavors, with local products of the highest quality. The carpaccio, delicate and very fresh, the tartare, well seasoned and tasty, and the mixed platters, rich in cured meats and fine cheeses, delighted my palate. The abundance was enough to satisfy even the most greedy, without compromising the quality of the dishes. To follow, I opted for a mixture of roast meat, a very good choice. The meat was tender and tasty, cooked to perfection and accompanied by seasonal side dishes.
