Ottimo ristorante di pesce nel cuore della città, Ambiente curato, intimo ed accogliente. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Cibo squisito, ben presentato, preparato con materie prime di grande qualità e freschezza e con attenzione alla stagionalità degli ingredienti. Cura del cliente in ogni particolare. Una nota di merito al proprietario/gestore Marco per l'eccelsa esperienza gastromonica che ci ha fatto vivevere.

This is a true “expensive and absolutely worth it” experience. All of the food delicious and creative—the chef her is an artist with amazing depth and thoughtfulness. Even the apparently simple dishes are memorable. The service is exceptional, and the waiter makes great recommendations on a routine basis. A fantastic place to relax after a busy day in Florence. Reservations are necessary, as they are also mindful of their food planning each night, but the online reservation process is easy.

Evening with friends in a very welcoming and relaxing environment. Excellent quality of food with beautiful presentation. Friendly and professional staff. Good value for money.

This is the best fish restaurant in Florence, and probably Tuscany. In a city where it is difficult to find good fish, Aroma consistently produces truly excellent dishes, with simple flavours and faultless technique that celebrates amazing produce. I have lived in Florence for four years and I can't recommend this place strongly enough.

24/06/2025: The food was good, the volunteers of the unity party were nice, but we didn't like the show AT ALL, called "Burlesque" which was a "striptease" of 3 women, it was more from the club nearby in S. Donnino, than from the unity party 👹, we went x in 4 friends for karaoke, it's not BIGOTICISM but it's NOT a show for a party for families

26/04/2025: Delicious pasta, a very nice place, The staff does not speak English or Spanish, but it was no barrier to communicating, they made the effort and in the end it was a very delicious lunch, I also recommend the Carbonara pasta.
