The girl who served us was very kind and attentive to both our dog and our son, allowing them to adapt the first course to suit both of our needs. The food was truly delicious with very filling portions! Too bad I didn't have room for dessert 😅

If you're looking for a "just a couple of salad leaves and go" dinner, definitely steer clear of Aroma di Vino in Prato, because they take things seriously here, and I left the place rolling, but with a heart full of joy! My personal battle against calories began with the fried flowers, something so illegal that with the first bite they created such a resounding crunch I think even the next table could smell it, accompanied by some Prato meatballs that were out of this world. But the real collapse of my dignity came with the first courses: the wild boar pici and the truffle gricia were phenomenal, so high that etiquette officially went out the window, and I had to mop up the dish so ignorantly that the plate shone brighter than it did when it came out of the dishwasher. To round things off, the suckling pig with lard was the ultimate spectacle, a meat so succulent and tender that you didn't even need to chew it; it melted in your mouth like butter in the sun. All in all, an experience that deserves top marks, with the only certainty that I will definitely return, but next time I'll show up in my tracksuit!

We spent three days in Prato and always dined here, right behind the Duomo. The dishes were delicious and carefully prepared, with gluten-free options on every course. Fried zucchini flowers and porcini mushrooms, various pasta dishes with wild boar ragù and white rabbit ragù, pici all'aglione, melt-in-your-mouth beef sirloin, Prato meatballs, delicious desserts, excellent wine and spirit selections... in short, we had a truly wonderful time! Above all, Alessandro and the entire staff were so friendly and welcoming. If you're in Florence, take a day to visit Prato's city center and taste Tuscany at this Osteria; you'll be amazed!

Although I'd researched various restaurants to use on our night in Prato, we only came across this restaurant by accident. So decided to eat here. We didn't regret it. Definitely the best meal we've had so far in Italy. Lovely atmosphere

Excellent, centrally located restaurant, highly recommended by us. Very nice, well-maintained, and the owners are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent food and reasonable prices...nothing to complain about. Plenty of choice, with beautifully presented dishes and an equally impressive wine selection. Excellent service, we'll definitely be back.

We had a truly wonderful meal! What struck us most was the attention to gluten-free options: practically the entire menu was available gluten-free, a rare find with this quality and variety. The dishes were carefully prepared, plentiful, and truly excellent.
The owners were extremely kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. The atmosphere is also very welcoming, relaxed, and friendly, perfect for a lovely, relaxing evening.
We absolutely recommend this place, especially to anyone looking for a restaurant where they can eat gluten-free without sacrificing flavor!

A new discovery despite several years in the area.
The food was wonderful, the quality of the ingredients truly excellent.
The menu is almost entirely gluten-free, with great attention to this and other intolerances.
Alessandro and Erika were incredibly kind!
Highly recommended.
Well done, well done!
