Dinner on the go... Nice place with a large terrace. The pizza is not bad, very thin and made with typical Aosta Valley products. Prices are perhaps a little higher than average.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly, and the restaurant's cuisine was spectacular with truly excellent food.

We booked conveniently online, nice place, helpful and prepared staff, the dinner was excellent, traditional dishes with excellent quality local products, even though the place was full the waiting times were right. The pizza was also excellent

Excellent breakfast! Well done!👏 everything was fine except the waiter. no emotions, no passion for work...not even "good morning/welcome". His perfect job is working in funerals.

Cercavamo un posto per mangiare qualcosa di tipico e abbiamo optato per il menù degustazione in questo ristorante: un vero viaggio tra i sapori tipici valdostani, dall’antipasto al dolce. Cucina ottima, personale cordiale e gentile, il locale accogliente e familiare e arricchito da oggetti che raccontano la Valle d’Aosta. Un’esperienza da ripetere!

Servizio eccellente! Ha neanche 10 minuti dall'ordinazione sono arrivati tutti i piatti Buoni così come la pizza. Personale gentilissimo e accogliente. Qualità prezzo ottimi. Assolutamente consigliato! Esperienza perfetta

15/08/2025: Fantastic place to eat good Genoese pizza, even in Aosta. As friendly and quick as the owners are, I found the service a bit slow. But that could have been a coincidence. Anyway, the people working there were clearly doing their best to be as efficient as possible, so I don't want to be too harsh. They have a large underground dining room that's spectacular. In addition to focaccia, they also make pizzas; furthermore, that day, they also had some antipasti-style dishes, but I'd ask before going if I didn't want pizza. Will I go back? Yes.

Le Sapin

17/08/2025: A typical mountain restaurant on Champoluc's main avenue, a popular spot. The traditional style is maintained with the generous use of wood, including for the rustic solid wood outdoor tables, yet the atmosphere is informal. The service is staffed by many young people, some of whom are new to the business, but they are helpful and friendly enough. The menu features mostly traditional dishes that are high in calories, even in the height of summer, but quick snacks are also available for short breaks. The ingredients used in the kitchen are excellent, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. Definitely worth considering.
17/08/2025: The restaurant looks like a classic mountain hut, warm and welcoming. To start, we choose a mix of cured meats and cheeses; the moccetta is delicious! We continue with a Valdostan soup and polenta concia with sautéed mushrooms, both delicious. Generous portions, and the berry tart is delicious. Definitely worth a try!
