Excellent restaurant, kind and helpful

Gnocchi worthy of a death row last meal. Best I’ve ever had.

Delicious food and friendly and lovely service. Really enjoyed our pastas, the cod and polenta starter and delicious dessert. Reasonably priced I would say, especially compared to the French side. Didn't try the wine but looks like they take it very seriously there!

A nice upscale restaurant if you're looking for a quiet place with nice ambiance to have a meal with friends. Not so much for big families and kids IMHO. The food was good, so was the wine (they weren't kidding about the encyclopedia of wine choices they have available). But as far as food goes, there are other better options in town. Service is very good though.

Yes but No. Food certainly up to the type of restaurant it wants to be, all really good. The environment? a little too pressed, if you want to give an experience to the customer it is good to take care of even a minimum of privacy at the table (if you hold out a hand you will serve yourself from the nearby table). The service is the most negative point. Unfortunately there are too many details that do not respect the style of the restaurant and the range in which it is positioned. If I ask for a wine by the glass, it cannot arrive from the kitchen already poured, a missing cutlery must be brought carefully and not in the hand without care, and other small details that are fine for a tavern but not for a place like this. The worst detail? When the account is requested, a "debt collector" shows up there to collect. You bring the bill, move away from the table and wait for the customer to come forward to pay in complete comfort. Here they bring you the bill and a gentleman already holding the POS, paper and pen stands there waiting for you to pay in total embarrassment, as if he was afraid you would run away without paying.

Best food experience so far in Courmayeur.

Extremely high prices for very simple, typically Italian dishes. Go to Morgex where you will eat just as well for half the price.
