Very clean hotel, friendly and helpful service, high quality food. Very convenient for meetings/events, not exactly the best if you want to visit the center of Bologna given the distance. For everything else ok!!

They organized a New Year's Eve party that really sucked, half an hour to get into where the party was, midnight on the stairs, 40 minutes to put on a coat and half an hour to get a drink, whether it was them or they leaned on a company for New Year's Eve is their responsibility, very hard bed, New Year's Eve ruined, never again

Accommodation facility located in a town in the Bologna area. Equipped as a conference center and with some sports facilities. Ample parking. Courteous and professionally trained staff. Large rooms equipped with the necessary comforts. Small defects should be noted during routine maintenance (more thorough cleaning, replacement or interventions on furnishings). Very quiet and also suitable for families, as well as for professional occasions.

Very nice and very comfortable bed.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. When we arrived the room was excessively hot. We asked to turn off the heating and were told the room temperature was 29 degrees. After several of our attempts on the last day they were willing to change the room given that the temperature could not drop below 24 degrees. The advice we give is to request a room on the right wing and on the ground floor without carpet. Our first room was probably warmer than the others also due to the carpet. Plus the thermostat was broken and no one repaired it, except on the last day before making us change rooms. Poorly soundproofed rooms, I could hear our neighbor coughing and snoring, not to mention when they opened the wardrobe, it was an absurd noise. All in all the staff was very kind to us, but the problem could have been resolved much earlier as our stay was ending. Excellent breakfast. The structure is clean and with attention to detail.

Unfortunately my stay at the property did not live up to expectations. I was assigned a room for disabled people, not requested at the time of booking, and this led to several inconveniences: -The room lacked a bidet and adequate light near the mirror, making it difficult to apply makeup. -The bathroom had a floor shower with an ineffective curtain, causing flooding after each use. -The heating did not work, leaving the room cold during the stay. -Finally, the toilet was excessively high and uncomfortable. I understand the need to have rooms suitable for people with disabilities, but assigning one without notice or consultation was not appropriate. I hope you can improve the organization and services offered, to avoid similar inconveniences to other guests in the future.

Just one night but with all the comforts. Excellent welcome and availability, good breakfast, comfortable room even if the beds were not locked and moved when touched, large and comfortable beds. Large, clean and well-equipped bathroom. Convenient location to reach Bologna without parking problems.

We stayed one night and found the rooms tidy and well organised, both the room, the reception and the common areas. Kind and friendly staff. The breakfast was well stocked, both sweet and savory.

Nice place, quiet and close to Bologna

Spiace dirlo, ma sta scendendo a picco qualità e gusto in poco tempo. Le lasagne non sono certo alla bolognese pochissimo ragù, scotte e più strati con solo un po' di besciamella discutibile. Tagliatelle ( che erano un tempo buonissime) con ragù poco cotto e insapore. Il resto: arrosti, scaloppe contorni proprio a livello mensaccia
