I highly recommend the spacious, bright rooms. This hotel is located in a strategic and quiet area, with a bus stop to Bologna city center right outside (bus number 90 during the week and bus number 36 on weekends). The hotel is extremely clean and offers all the comforts you could need. The only thing that could be improved is the restaurant and bar service.

I stayed for 2 nights. Everything was fine, including breakfast. The only downside: the noisy rooms. I could hear my neighbors' conversations perfectly well, even if I didn't want to.

I've been there several times in recent years, but this time I found a huge change in pace. The quality of the ingredients is truly exceptional, but what's most impressive is the chef's skill: decisive, creative, and capable of showcasing each ingredient without ever overdoing it. The dishes finally have a clear personality, a signature. You can taste the research, technique, and above all, a precise vision. An incredible improvement over the past. Attentive service, a pleasant atmosphere, and an overall experience that is now truly worth the visit. Congratulations: keep up the good work!

Excellent hotel, from the rooms to the reception, everything works perfectly... Every time I go to Bologna, it's a point of reference for me!

The on-site restaurant is a great added bonus: excellent quality cuisine, beautifully presented dishes, and fresh ingredients. We dined there and were completely satisfied with both the taste and the impeccable and professional service. We absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and an excellent culinary experience. We will definitely be back!

Stayed in a family room on January 22, 2026. Everything was fine and very clean, except for the single thermostat at the entrance, which only turned on the heat in the sofa bed room and not in the double room, which also lacks a thermostat and therefore remains freezing. This was reported to reception in the morning. Excellent breakfast, well-stocked with sweet and savory items and good quality products. Good price, €101 for one night, although in the very low season it's a fair price.

The welcome was discreet. Little explanation was given regarding the hotel's amenities. The room was clean, but the primary phone had no connection (I had to use the bathroom phone to reach reception). Water leaks and mold on the shower wall, which I had to use lukewarm water. Loud dripping noise all night, of unknown origin.
