Good hotel in a quiet location. The location is a bit remote from the center but right next to the bus stop, so the center (bus number 90, destination Piazza Cavour) can be reached easily and inexpensively. Buses run from morning to evening about every 15 minutes. It is not worth taking a car to the center of Bologna, because the center is a forbidden area for cars and it is difficult to find parking places near the city. However, it is good to have a car if you are staying here, as there is little to see in the San Lazzaro area. However, a good pizzeria is nearby! The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable. Good breakfast, and excellent coffee. I would have liked fresh orange juice and fried eggs, but otherwise everything was available and especially desserts were excellent. The swimming pool area was brand new and really clean, there were enough sun loungers and parasols. The hotel has a nice staff and friendly service, late check out was easy. I definitely recommend the hotel for travelers to Bologna, but the location is remote enough that it is worth renting a car for a visit to the Cathedral of San Luca, for example. It is also worth visiting the nearby hills to admire the sunset. To the delight of motorsport lovers, Modena, Maranello and Imola are also quite close...

The room and bathroom were very nice, the meals were delicious and the service was nice.

Stayed for work, good value for money, peripheral location, excellent breakfast

Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome. Although our room wasn't ready at check-in, we were kindly compensated with a drink at the bar—a thoughtful gesture we greatly appreciated. We had a great room, spacious and well-maintained, perfect for a comfortable night away. The pool was also a nice addition; great for a quick dip, although the water was a bit chilly. The restaurant was an absolute highlight. The food was delicious: flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. We highly recommend dining there! The breakfast in the morning was also more than adequate! There was a wide selection of bread, yogurt, muesli, fruit, and pastries. All in all, we had a great night at UNA.

Good hotel with excellent breakfast and nice swimming pool

Good breakfast, lovely pool area. Nice staff, good rooms with comfortable beds. Only minus for the lack of coffee machine in the rooms. :(

There was a misunderstanding upon arrival, but thanks to Sarah's professional and warm approach, everything was resolved quickly and friendly. She excelled in customer focus and service – for which our sincere thanks! A stay we look back on fondly.

The hotel's location is excellent. Very friendly staff. The hotel looks neat.

Sono ritornata oggi 20 luglio e ho preso d'asporto 2 tagliatelle, 1 lasagna , 2 conigli arrosto (4 etti complessivamente per 16,80 totali), 1 contorno e ho speso € 36,60. A casa mi sono resa conto che mancava la lasagna e che facendo i calcoli ho pagato il coniglio 42,00 al kg. TROPPO!!!! Oltre a non aver mangiato ma pagato la lasagna . Ci tornerò comunque per riprovare.
