There are well-maintained tennis and paddle courts. A very nice pool, a small bar and outdoor tables for a quiet breakfast, and a restaurant for lunch or dinner with both indoor and outdoor seating. Excellent courts, a nice and well-organized pool, and everything else is more than decent.

19/07/2026: Yesterday afternoon, I was running errands on Via Appia Nuova, and since I'm celiac, I thought I'd pop into Napoleoni for a dessert. But as soon as I walked in, I saw the gelato counter, so we tried the gelato. I'd always had disposable cups for years, but this time I got the medium cone with rum stracciatella, zabaglione, and hazelnut flavors (obviously, everything was gluten-free). I was blown away by the quality of the gelato, its lightness, and its intense flavor. The cone was crunchy and excellent. The staff, and I think the owner behind the counter, were incredibly kind. I'll definitely be back. Thank you for everything.
07/07/2026: I found myself with friends and relatives for a visit to Rome, we stopped for a nice breakfast, everything was delicious. I recommend it if you find yourself in Rome.
