I asked for a couple of salami sandwiches because where I was going there was a kiosk, but it was closed. The lady at the counter and the one who prepared the sandwiches in the kitchen were very kind. Very honest price, superlative salami. After all, we are in the heart of the best raw salami that exists. Beyond Pavese.

It's the classic mountain tavern, you eat well and spend little. The food in general is good, I only tried starters and first courses and I must be satisfied. The only flaw of the starters: the pickled vegetables. The first courses were excellent, the pasta was handmade. The service is typical of these places, hasty but functional. The atmosphere is a bit retro, although it is certainly part of the scene, an updated one wouldn't hurt. Overall I am satisfied with the place. They also do bar service.

19/06/2024: Siamo tornati dopo tre anni. Il trasferimento a Roma aveva contribuito. Il locale è sempre Bello. Le Specialità di Edo son sempre piu buone. Affettati e risotti mi erano mancati molto. Ci vediamo presto. Bravo.
02/06/2024: Chef discutibile o meno per i suoi video ma Top in cucina. Ogni piatto diventa un viaggio di piacere. I suoi salumi sono spettacolari. I suoi risotti sono pura poesia. I suoi dolci sono superiori alla media. Consigliato.

30/07/2024: Very nice restaurant. The staff welcomed us kindly and we ate like gentlemen with the fixed menu. We will be back to try the steaks!! 10/10 best place in Stradella
