We had lunch in this restaurant by chance. Very good discovery, the restaurant is very nice, the staff are very warm and professional. The menu offers simple dishes of great taste quality. Beautiful view of the canal with a small terrace above the water.

We stopped at Sina Centurion for an afternoon coffee during our day in Venice. Having visited many 5-star hotel cafes and lounges around the world, this one unfortunately fell short of expectations. Considering the price, I anticipated a more welcoming and approachable atmosphere. However, the service felt somewhat snobbish, and the coffee was average at best. The only redeeming factor was the beautiful space itself.

Nice and cosy place to stop for an afternoon coffee and tea. Great views too. Prices are not cheap, but it’s central Venice and in a 5 star hotel, and both service and quality of the tea was very good. Only the biscuits / cookies served with coffee and tea weren’t great, but this seems to be a problem in Venice in general

Reservamos este restaurante Michelin porque estaba en nuestro hotel. El servicio fue excelente y atento y la comida buena. Había una gran fiesta sentada justo antes de nosotros y mi única queja es lo ruidosa que es la habitación. Es una habitación bastante pequeña con paredes duras y techo, sin divisores ni cortinas para suavizar el sonido. Nos pareció extraño.

03/05/2025: Siamo tornati dopo anni in questo ristorante, quasi per caso, vicinissimo al ponte Rialto, lo si può ammirare dall'interno, arredi, e location, invidiabili, si mangia bene, Capesante, Fegato alla veneziana, Spaghetto alle vongole, tutto di buona qualità, acqua calice di vino, un tiramisù, caffè 80€, prezzo alto, ma vista la qualità del cibo, la posizione del locale, il servizio eccellente, ci può stare.Bene così. Saludos
25/01/2025: The food is decent, not great. The location is great, on the canal (though our table was towards the back, we didn't enjoy the view). But beware the waiter: although the check already included a service charged, he asked for more money, claiming the service charge was not his! I know Venice is a tourist trap, especially well located places, but I thought this was very disrespectful. Please avoid this trap.
