I had lunch here with my family for my 60th birthday in December 2025. I chose a set menu with two appetizers (tartare and Jerusalem artichoke flan), a first course (Castelmagno risotto with pears), a second course (grilled sliced ​​steak), and a choice of dessert. Everything was exceptional! Superb quality and presentation! One of the best lunches in recent years. And the price was definitely in line with the quality. Highly recommended!! The dining room is very pleasant and well-kept; among other things, there's a unique view of the hills and the Alps in the distance, even though it was unfortunately cloudy that day... The owner was very kind and helpful, and the service staff was polite and professional. Only the service didn't get top marks because, as I was the birthday girl, I would have expected them to start serving the dishes with me and ask me about the wine selection (small details that would have earned the top marks). In any case, I will be back with great pleasure!

A charming restaurant located in a historic 15th-century building overlooking the Monferrato hills, perfect for a romantic dinner, a special lunch, or an important occasion. The cuisine is Piedmontese Italian, with expertly executed traditional dishes, such as homemade agnolotti, glazed beef cheek, and other seasonal options made with the freshest local ingredients. Pasta and bread are made daily with organic flours, and the wine cellar is well-stocked with quality local labels.

We come back here once a year at Christmas to treat ourselves. A refined restaurant, attentive and friendly waiters, superb food and wine, and a stunning view.
