Despite a storm that caused a power outage at the critical time of dinner, the staff was able to cope with this inconvenience.
Excellent dishes, endless wine list.

In the heart of Monferrato in a finely furnished period building with a spectacular view! Kind, welcoming and friendly staff! Typical Piedmontese dishes cooked by expert hands, everything truly excellent from appetizers to desserts! Highly recommended!!

I had already been there years ago and had a good time but on this last visit they really outdid themselves, quick and attentive service and literally mouth-watering dishes. Honorable mention to the best and most tender cheek I've ever eaten.

We ate really well, excellent traditional dishes. Eating outside on the terrace, with a beautiful Monferrato view, made our lunch even more special. Excellent choice of vegetarian dishes too.

UPDATE as of April 21, 2025: the reserved parking is small and THERE ARE NO DIVIDING STRIPS OR EVEN A SIGN inviting guests to leave as many available spaces as possible. I found cars parked with a wide distance between each other, but not enough to accommodate other cars. I won't go back during busy times. For the rest, always an excellent impression.

I chose the excellent Antico Monastero restaurant, adjacent to the Palazzo Paleologi hotel, for the wedding lunch. The location, restaurant and hotel, is spectacular. For 30/40 guests the restaurant is perfect. The service and food are excellent and the choice of wines is endless and of exceptional quality.
