Friendly and helpful staff, but it's a tourist spot, with unreasonably high prices, not particularly good food, and tables packed tightly together.

I had dinner with my wife, what can I say, excellent Florentine steak, fast service and very kind waiters, everything top notch.

Booked a table here for our visit to Florence and so glad we did, the wine was lovely, food was tasty and our waiter was great (Antonio).

Ah la Fiorentina (non la viola)! Scelgo quella da 1200 grammi, che sbranerò da solo. Me la mostrano, ordino cottura molto al sangue. Arriva presto, sul pezzo niente da dire. Sulla preparazione invece sì: mancano le scaglie di sale grosso sopra, l'addetto al servizio taglia qualche fetta, solo alcune e senza raggiungere l'osso e, soprattutto, viene servito un coltello non seghettato, che non taglia. Quindi sono costretto a divorare il pezzo come un lupo delle mie montagne. con malcelato sdegno degli avventori vicini. Manca la birra alla spina. Servizi igienici del tutto insufficienti, ma temo sia un problema per tutti i numerosi locali del centro storico. Prezzo congruo stante la portata...va considerato prima della scelta.
