Il Vero Gusto is a space inside the Sarca shopping center where you'll be pampered by the staff behind the beautiful and inviting counter. Kindness and courtesy are a daily feature, and the coffee and desserts, from gelato to single-serving treats, are top-notch. I recommend trying them.

Beyond the delicious food, Tano is a person of rare competence, intelligence, and empathy (I've never seen such enthusiasm in haute cuisine contexts). I could have stayed talking to him for hours!
