Location in the center of Castelbuono, a few steps from the Central Square, a terrace overlooking the Madonie landscape that is worth the dinner, the pizza is excellent, well leavened and light, the tasty appetizer, the grilled caciocavallo is super, the barbecue ribs are delicious. Excellent value for money, courtesy and professionalism of the staff, thank you Mr. Christmas, we'll be back.

Excellent location, a stone's throw from the center. The room, although small, was cozy. The owners are kind. We had dinner in their restaurant. The food was great and the staff efficient. Excellent quality-price. Highly recommended.

A hidden gem to tourists but a favorite of locals in Castelbuono. Went here twice and had a great experience both times. Beautiful view on the outside terrace. Highly recommend the mussels.

Siamo giunti in questo posto come chiusura di una vacanza fuori porta non essendo Siciliani anche se appartenenti sullo stesso parallelo.
Partiamo dalla location molto accogliente e confortevole.
Abbiamo scelto un semplice antipasto in modo da poter gustare per bene i piatti che abbiamo scelto per dopo.
Personale (Maurizio) molto preparato e attento ci ha saputo consigliare 4 piatti succulenti,gustosi e diversi tra loro dal sapore delicato e fine, tutto accompagnato da un vino rosso Siculo.
Terminata la cena con un dessert tipico siciliano: mister cannolo scomposto. Top!!
Consigliatissimo. Se mi ritrovo a passare da Castelbuono di sicuro sarà una tappa!

Restaurant in the historic center of the town with a beautiful environment and equipped with a panoramic terrace.
All very good but, the strong point, the Pizza (the capitalization is due)
Excellently leavened, seasoned and with a high crust but which doesn't make you drink a glass of water at night.
Very digestible and 10 with honors
Fast service even though the restaurant was full.

I didn't know this pizzeria, it was recommended to me by a friend. I ate a very good pizza with basilisks, typical Madonite mushrooms, apart from the goodness and freshness of the mushrooms, the soft dough, worked with sourdough and with the use of 4 types of flour, the excellent result, and that's coming from a person who loves super crunchy pizza, I will definitely return and of course recommended.

I hadn't been to the Antico Baglio for some time and it seemed to have improved. The pizza turned out very good; some friends had the appetizers and they seemed appetizing... to try... The place is welcoming, the staff are friendly and the prices are low: very positive opinion!
