I had dinner at this restaurant two nights. The pizza was excellent, and the pizza maker was a wonderful woman. The staff was courteous, just enough...
I would recommend a little more cleanliness (the pepper shaker and the oil cruet were dirty, I asked them to clean them and they were annoyed, as were the Coke cans).
The owner was rude.
A bit expensive.
I changed restaurants the following nights.

Years ago, when you were with friends, you'd look for a restaurant or trattoria with three steps leading down; it was a guarantee of quality food.
A confirmed tradition, I recommend the caciocavallo in a bread crust, the tagliolini alla Natale, or the fresh pasta with pork ragù.
As always, it's best to come back for confirmation.
Once again, we were completely satisfied.

Very nice restaurant and well-organized service.
From the outside, it doesn't look very spacious, but once inside, it opens up to ample space.

The ancient baglio is located just steps from Castelbuono's main square. It's very spacious, with a small terrace offering spectacular views.
The owner is friendly and attentive to guests' needs, and the staff is kind and helpful.
Excellent food, from appetizers to dessert, and the pizzas are also delicious. Suitable for celiacs.
