Years ago, when you were with friends, you'd look for a restaurant or trattoria with three steps leading down; it was a guarantee of quality food. A confirmed tradition, I recommend the caciocavallo in a bread crust, the tagliolini alla Natale, or the fresh pasta with pork ragù. As always, it's best to come back for confirmation. Once again, we were completely satisfied.

Very nice restaurant and well-organized service. From the outside, it doesn't look very spacious, but once inside, it opens up to ample space. Delicious pizza, and friendly, helpful, and professional staff.

The ancient baglio is located just steps from Castelbuono's main square. It's very spacious, with a small terrace offering spectacular views. The owner is friendly and attentive to guests' needs, and the staff is kind and helpful. Excellent food, from appetizers to dessert, and the pizzas are also delicious. Suitable for celiacs.

30/09/2025: I often travel to Palermo and stop for lunch at this restaurant with my husband. The chef is excellent, and the ingredients are top-quality. We also find the service courteous and the attention to cleanliness meticulous. Highly recommended!
