We had dinner on Thursday evening and chose it as our last restaurant before returning from vacation, and I think we couldn't have made a better choice!! I'd like to start by complimenting the service and all the staff, who were incredibly kind and professional. The appetizers were excellent; we had a delicious mixed antipasto and a mussels with pepper sauce, which were incredibly fresh and flavorful! We continued with excellent Troccoli allo scoglio and octopus ragù, which have remained in our hearts! Simply special!! Finishing with a delicious fritto misto. In conclusion, I feel like 5 stars aren't enough; I highly recommend it to everyone!

We tried: orecchiette (both tomato, olive, and caper, as well as pesto and clams), mussels with pepper, trattoria-style octopus, and grilled octopus... all very good and tasty! Trattoria-style portions. Simple but pleasant place. Recommended.

Un ristorante che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, ogni piatto era preparato con cura e sapore, dall’antipasto al primo tutto era davvero delizioso. La signora in cucina, gentilissima, ci ha anche fatto assaggiare un amaro artigianale fatto da lei, un tocco autentico e speciale che ha reso l’esperienza ancora più unica. Torneremo sicuramente!

27/10/2025: The formula is a winning one: you choose your meat (and the selection is delicious) and sit down while they cook it for you on a long, spectacular grill. The benches are comfortable, the place feels like a Texas barn, and the country music is missing. We had excellent pork, perfectly cooked bombette and chicken wings, but the torcinelli were a bit tough. They season everything themselves, but it's unclear why, if you ask for lemon, they bring it to you already squeezed. Decent wine selection, fair prices. Bravo!
09/10/2025: A wonderful idea – choose your steak/meat at the butcher's shop and have it served to you perfectly cooked on the charcoal grill, topped with a pinch of coarse sea salt. We recommend ordering the warm side dishes like potatoes and grilled vegetables separately and only after the meat has been placed on the grill.

Il Rifugio Dei Sapori

11/01/2026: We were lucky enough to celebrate Christmas with lunch at the Rifugio. The staff was truly courteous, even having a disabled person at the table. We'd been before, but this time the food exceeded our expectations. We thank you and plan to return.
24/10/2025: My colleague and I stayed in Serracapriola for two weeks, and we ate wonderfully at this restaurant. Highly recommended products, friendly staff, and excellent prices. We highly recommend it.
