WE DID HERE FOR DINNER IN EARLY AUGUST. We knew the restaurant well and returned after a few years. As soon as you enter, you immediately notice the class and sophistication of the restaurant. We chose two tasting menus, with the addition of seafood tagliatelle and raw scampi. The food is high quality and the flavors are truly unique and special. The raw seafood is sublime; it's the only place where you can find such succulent scampi. A taste of a good local rosé wine made our dinner complete. The prices are reasonable for what they offer. I highly recommend it.

We had a really good time! The restaurant was well-kept and the service excellent! The dishes were plentiful and very tasty. We had a selection of appetizers that we shared, then we chose some first courses because we couldn't resist, and finally we all had the fish en papillote together. A truly wonderful dinner.

Everything was very good. It's a fish restaurant, and even though I don't particularly like it, I enjoyed it. The gratin cuttlefish surprised us, as did the way the baked fish was prepared. The service from the staff was impeccable.

A magical experience from the moment you enter and find a fantastic location, it feels like you're in a cave. The staff, and especially the owner, are kind and very helpful. The food is excellent for both adults and children, with a special menu for them. Highly recommended, we hope to return soon!

Ristorante dí alto livello dove , in maniera molto informale , ci si siede per capire cosa polignano ti può offrire su una tavola. Intanto la piccola amuse-bouche formata da un gazpacho con crostini di pane di Altamura è stata molto apprezzata, poi noi abbiamo scelto il crudo e qui l’apoteosi! A seguire la spigola su ricetta dí polignano al forno con patate olive e zucchine….eccellente, pesce freschissimo dall’inizio alla fine! Per concludere il sorbetto fatto con i loro limoni! Peccato dover ripartire… se potessi andrei tutti i giorni! Continuate così, bravi!

Fully - Future Stop

25/06/2025: A very welcoming, clean place with a special atmosphere, thanks to the smile and friendliness of an authentic staff, like their cuisine, with delicate flavors that give a sublime sensation to the palate. My children do not call the fully a restaurant, perhaps because it also has a fast drive service for takeaway like McDonald's, but it has nothing to do with it. We had an aperitif for two. 2 Spritz 4 bruschetta with genuine local products of excellent choice, 1 appetizer of raw ham and buffalo mozzarella (250gr), then an Aperifully with a mix of tastings, which are actually really abundant for one person. The cost was 20 euros per person but we are full for 2 days.... A unique experience, thanks also to the terrace with a view and the gardens with tables surrounded by greenery. From now on we always come here.... I absolutely have to try the spaghetti all'assassina 🤤

24/07/2025: The pizza at this pizzeria until not long ago was a spectacle, lately the pizza is no longer what it used to be and the prices have risen, now I understand the increases etc. but I would like to eat the first (quality) pizza, not the one I ate recently which was raw and rubbery.
