This was a fabulous dining experience. Everything was absolutely delicious. The tuna carpaccio and lobster tagliatelle were both exceptional. The restaurant itself is beautiful. Highly recommend.

This restaurant is a must-visit when we visit Polignano. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, the location is stunning, and the service is impeccable. We always feel pleasantly spoiled by the staff. We were there yesterday for lunch and ordered two appetizers, which included various seafood specialties, and two first courses: Troccoli with red shrimp and artichokes and Paccheri with oysters and sea urchin pulp. We enjoyed everything.

I had lunch at this restaurant yesterday and it was a delightful discovery. The location is truly evocative, nestled within ancient walls that create a warm and charming atmosphere. The rooms are meticulously designed, with elegant yet welcoming furnishings. The staff was very kind and attentive, and the service was prompt without being rushed. The dishes, besides being carefully presented, were truly delicious: I enjoyed every course, prepared with fresh, top-quality seafood. The small seating capacity makes the experience even more enjoyable, creating an intimate and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for enjoying lunch without the hustle and bustle. A place I'd happily recommend and would happily return to.

Beautiful location. Top-notch cleanliness and hygiene. All the staff are professional, kind, and helpful. Delicious food and incredibly fresh fish. Absolutely fair prices. We'll definitely be back. 100% highly recommended.

We went to this restaurant for my mom's birthday and we couldn't have chosen better. As soon as you walk in, you enter a world apart, where customer care, kindness, and the quality of the food are paramount. We ate wonderfully; the dishes are carefully prepared, and the quality of the fish is superb. The value for money is almost too good. A special mention to our waiter, Andrea, who, along with the rest of the staff, advised us and served us impeccably, going above and beyond, making us feel at home. Puglia is wonderful, but places like these are an added bonus.

The location is immersed in pristine nature, in the heart of the southern province of Bari, in the Puglia region. It offers a refined culinary experience, based on the highest quality and freshest ingredients, combining unique flavors through both traditional and innovative preparation techniques and impeccable aesthetic presentation of the dishes, transforming the meal into a complete artistic and sensorial experience, confirming the positive reviews online. Congratulations to the manager, Mr. Pasquale V., his wife, and the entire kitchen staff who collaborate with such dedication!!! Highly recommended!
