I would say perfect in everything, from the top quality food, to the attentive and helpful service, to the typical Venetian location. Particular praise goes to the owner, who was super nice and kind in helping us, which is not a given nowadays in the restaurant sector in particular.

Optical food!! I recommend this restaurant, fast and friendly service. High quality food, black cuttlefish with white polenta that melts in your mouth. Mandatory stop in Venice! 😌

Definitely a touristy place; especially at the first seating the servers are going to rush you into ordering and you’re definitely not going to get any help from them ordering a wine. But if you know what you’re doing you can find some good bottles for sure and the food we tried was almost all excellent (I would actually skip the spider crab tagliatelle and go for the spaghetti instead and don’t get me started on that sad little arancino they brought as an amuse bouche). Maybe not going to win any Michelin stars anytime soon but you could definitely do a lot worse in Venice.

Wanna eat like a local in Venice? Come here. Make sure you book in advance and enjoy the freshest seafood you can find in Venice. Not expensive at all, especially compared to what you can get in town. Highly recommended

A small, local restaurant. We had carpaccio di pesce (thin slices of marinated raw fish) and seppie in nero nostrane (squid) and artichoke dish, all were very successful. It is not easy to find a place, you must make a reservation.

Visited for dinner with my husband and parents. Food was delicious - all four of us enjoyed our meals and drinks. The service at the table was the most helpful and professional we had on our visit to Venice.

Le restaurant est globalement très bon mon ami qui n’es pas fan de poisson a trouvé ça très bon
En revanche pour ma part un peu déçu, nos avis son mitigé et je trouve la note excessive pour ce que nous avons consommé
Exemple : j’ai eu le droit à un poisson du jour oui bien cuit mais non pas de qualité ( style juste filet et non pas poisson entier ) mais les sauce et goût autour était extrêmement bien maîtrisé
Pour mon ami calamar poulpe et crevette frit très bonne assiette et bien présentée avec le goût du luxe
Et le dessert la ! Un régale !

Oggi passeggiata con mio figlio nel cuore della Serenissima complice una bella giornata di sole. Coronamento: pranzo delizioso alle Antiche Carampane. Il menu è rassicurante, tipico di chi non ha bisogno di colpire il cliente con effetti speciali. Al palato la consueta piacevole armonia di ingredienti e gusti che non stonano mai tra di loro. Direzione e servizio piacevole e gentile. Se a tutto ciò aggiungi anche la materia prima e tiri una riga, il prezzo è più che in linea. Che bello.
