Went on a recommendation from a friend. Very nice, tucked out of the way on a quiet alley. I had high expectations. Not sure about the Michelin rating, I expected a bit more attentive service only because of that, but I am spoiled in that sense. Food was very good. They sent reminders of my reservation several times. Interior was nicely done. This is a small restaurant, you would need a reservation.

Excellent specialties! I loved the sardines and the cod 🥰 Impeccable service where everyone is cheerful, friendly, and professional! A family atmosphere, and the icing on the cake: charming French 😍, very pleasant when you're limited in foreign languages ​​🤣 Thanks to the entire team, and thanks to Julie Andrieu for sharing her experience here.

A magnificent restaurant with truly delicious dishes. The octopus and pumpkin appetizer is perfect. The fish carpaccio is a delicacy, and the crab pasta was delicious. We ordered it to share, and they brought us two hot plates to serve it: that's a top-notch touch. The warm, tasty bread... I don't understand why anyone would give it less than 5 stars. That said, it's not for tourists looking for something cheap. You pay for quality, and that's what you get. Complimenti!

Awesome lunch spot with affordable wines by the glass to enjoy. Fried seafood platter was very delicious you can tell the quality of seafood used. Also highly recommend getting the crab pasta the flavours were on point!

Best octopus I’ve ever had!!! The fritto misto could have had a bit more seasoning and maybe lemon or a sauce - I wish I’d ordered something different as I’m sure that would have been perfect!

13/10/2025: If you're a craft beer lover, you'll want to drink it even when you're in Italy. This might be the only beer bar that offers that. I asked for an IPA recommendation and was introduced to EVOQE and LUCKY BREW, both of which are breweries in Veneto, though they're far away. The latter also has a D-IPA, which I preferred. There are 21 taps, and it's cash-on-delivery. There's an indoor area, but everyone drinks while enjoying the fresh air along the waterfront. There's no bridge nearby, so it's a bit of a hassle to cross here, but I'm glad I came. For a light snack, I had some Polpetie, or maybe a croquette, which was also delicious.
11/10/2025: Best craft beer bar (possibly the only) in Venice.

04/10/2025: I'll start by saying that this was my first time dining at this historic restaurant, so I have no idea what it was like in its heyday. Personally, I can say I ate well and spent a fair amount. I tried both two first courses (seafood carbonara and spaghetti with fish) and two second courses (tuna steak and mixed fried fish), both generously portioned and well-prepared. Their chocolate dessert was truly delicious. The only downside was the lemon sorbet, which had too much vodka in it and was therefore undrinkable. I'll definitely be back next year.
02/10/2025: A must when we are in Italy by boat!
