Excellent restaurant, very friendly and polite. Warm behaviour to children. The food was delicious. We forgot something at the restaurant and they were very responsive and eager to send it to us abroad. This restaurant is a must when you visit Venice. Totally recommend.

Really enjoyed our dinner here. More expensive than the other places we’ve been to in the city, but the food is worth it. We had the octopus starter, squid w/ squid ink, pasta with crab sauce, pavlova, and white wine. Everything’s delicious, but the octopus and the squid are extremely good. Service is also really good. Overall our best meal in Venice. Would definitely want to come back again to try their other dishes. Visited in Dec 2024. Note: Lionel Messi and many hollywood stars have dined here before.

Good food, excellent welcome but slightly disappointed with the quality/price ratio. The food is good but nothing exceptional.

Amazing in both food and atmosphere over many many years, one of the few restaurants that just never seems to disappoint. It is refined but in a Trattoria way, without going too fancy or overboard in any way. The specials are always wonderful, do get them when you are here. Pasta Cassopipa was wonderful with a rich taste and aroma of a multitude of local mollusks in a slightly warm (spicy) sauce. Homemade pasta with local spider crab was a more delicate affair with all the elegance of the crab and none of the liver taste that sometimes can be overwhelming. Paccheri with prawns and artichokes also full of elegance, tastes of both sea and earth beautifully combined. The squid is cooked for a long time in a mix of its ink and fish stock and is gentle, concentrated, without the saltiness of the ink dominating the dish. The very neutral white corn polenta is perfect to balance out the taste for a perfect bite. A good wine list, nice deserts, you won’t ever be disappointed. I myself come for the pasta and squid.

Tutto ottimo. Il posto ci è stato consigliato da alcuni amici veneziani doc e siamo stati molto contenti sia dell' ottimo cibo che del cortese personale. La crudità di pesce ottima. Torneremo certamente.

Seafood cooking is perfect. You can't cheat on the freshness of seafood. It's excellent!!! I was impressed by the octopus texture. The crab pasta was also a delight, a concentrate of sea flavor. Best dry black ink I ate in Venice (even if I didn't like the polenta). The service is very good. The young girl was very friendly. Just one downside, the daily specials were not announced to us…only to us. Is this just an oversight? Or because we are tourists? In any case, I will return there on my next trip to Venice, that's for sure! Grazie!

Este restaurante es divino. Gran ambiente, personal encantador y comida deliciosa. He estado almorzando varias veces, pero este fue nuestro primer viaje nocturno. El pulpo es el mejor que he tenido en cualquier lugar - crujiente por fuera y tierno por dentro.
