We went there for dinner last week. It was a pleasant surprise and evening, the dishes are excellent, the courtesy and friendliness of the staff makes this restaurant even more beautiful. Recommended for those who still want to eat homemade food and have a chat. Excellent wines. Compliments

Visited for a company dinner, we ate very well for a fair price. They served us tortelli with ricotta and spinach with butter (the rectangular ones with a bit thick dough, my favourites), cappellacci with bacon and tagliatelle alla boscaiola, delicious. Second course pork cheek and shank with roast potatoes, various homemade desserts.

17/05/2025: We were with the family on Sunday for lunch. Cattini (Catein) never disappoints!!!! We have been coming here for over 20 years and it remains the best traditional restaurant in Reggio Emilia. Monica is always very kind and the dishes are amazing. The trolley of boiled and roasted meats is unsurpassed for choice and quality. The trolley of side dishes is also very well stocked and always present mashed potatoes, roast potatoes, their fantastic mustard, green and red sauce. Wide choice of desserts, all excellent and wines. A certainty!!! Well done
