We went to this small restaurant in the center of Bologna and I must say that we had a good time.
The staff is friendly and the food is quality.
I recommend the fried parmesan!

Very positive experience in the center of Bologna. We tried the tortellini in broth and the macaroni with meat sauce which we both liked very much. All accompanied by a glass of Pignoletto. As a second course I recommend the tagliatelle, cooked really well. The lemon ricotta cake with raspberries is also very good.

Small and welcoming place, all fresh food and handmade pasta, all cooked with skill. We took a bottle of water, a glass of red, a small bottle of white, asparagus au gratin, fried porcini mushrooms, homemade farfalle with peas and raw ham (superlative) and homemade tagliatelle with ragù (less amazing but also excellent this first one), all at a cost of €78.

Situato nella zona storica di Bologna, dove è impossibile parcheggiare, è una tipica trattoria bolognese, con pochi tavoli.
Si mangiano piatti locali, davvero squisiti, e accompagnati da una ampia scelta di vini.

Trattoria Roberto Spiga… chi la prova ci ritorna!!!
Personalmente è la terza volta che torno,
con piena soddisfazione.
Tante le cose interessanti (rognone, quaglia, coniglio, tutte le paste all’uovo, i passatelli) però spezzerei una lancia per la zuppa inglese (da commuoversi).
Provatelo e ritornerete.
