A confirmation of my previous visit a few months ago... in a truly family-friendly atmosphere, excellent and varied zero-mile dishes of excellent quality and above all the discovery of new dishes and flavors unknown to me... the owner Giuseppe, together with his son, daughter, and wife in the kitchen, were so kind and helpful in accommodating us, even with our dog, now forgotten in other restaurants/trattorias... and above all in explaining and suggesting authentic foods and flavors new to my palate... truly recommended....

Abbiamo cenato alla Salandra poche sere fa ed è stata una esperienza culinaria eccellente. Piatti tipici salentini, tutto prodotto in casa compresi i pomodori, i fichi della crostata. Gli antipasti buonissimi. Io ho provato la pasta con cime di rapa e vongole, spettacolare. Poi polpo fritto, frittura di paranza freschissima. E per finire i dolci come la torta al pistacchio e la crostata di fichi. Il locale è accogliente e il servizio familiare ed attento. Prezzi super giusti per la qualità del cibo: in 4 abbiamo speso €120. Amari offerti dalla casa. Consigliatissimo.

Siamo stati a pranzo in questa trattoria, ottimo cibo e servizio attento e capace.
Polpette super buone sia fritte che al sugo. Vari primi con pasta casareccia e tanti buoni secondi. Buonissima la carne alla pignata.
