There are no words to describe the nosadella.
It's always been the best for me.
Generous and well-seasoned dishes, super soft pizza, perfect tigelle, and let's not even talk about the prosciutto crudo ❤️
The upstairs dining room is a feast for the eyes, the summer is perfection.
I may be biased, but I can never find a flaw.
Since I discovered it twenty years ago, it's been a given for me.

I had dinner with friends at Trattoria Nosadella and was very satisfied. For my first course, I chose the ricotta tortelloni with butter and sage, which were truly excellent: fresh pasta and well-balanced flavors. For my second course, I had gnocco fritto and tigelle, both very good and paired with quality ingredients. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service was impeccable. The staff was friendly, professional, and always attentive to their needs. It was a pleasant experience that I recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy traditional Emilian cuisine. I will gladly return.

A large farmhouse in the countryside near Nonantola, serving dishes with flavors that (finally) reflect the ingredients at a more than fair price. Very good!

I've dined at Nosadella several times, and last night I was reassured by their excellent service.
Fair prices, generous portions, and truly excellent food!
In my humble opinion, it's a place you never tire of and always want to return to.
