As tradition dictates! If you want to eat "typical" food complete with an excellent selection of boiled meats, now a rarity, this is absolutely the place for you. If you want a place that's a little old-fashioned, but where you can breathe the tradition of a real tavern! Highly recommended especially for the excellent food and the kindness of the staff!

We came to this tavern on the recommendation of a new friend, and we left happy! Because we found a superlative service (Nevio is unparalleled). A relaxing atmosphere and the food is of excellent quality. I don't think that in Modena we will eat anywhere other than this one. A little advice: places like these should be enjoyed to the full, away from the distractions of cell phones

Per finire: - 2 caffè Conto totale Euro 117,00 con fattura. Servizio informale, gentile ed accogliente. Le eccellenze: - il brodo di cappone dei tortellini veramente ottimo (voto 9+) - i tortellini, piccoli come da tradizione e buoni (voto 8+) - il bollito (provato lingua, cotechino, testina, guancia, punta di petto) buono (voto 8+) - il purè molto buono (voto 8,5) - gli spinaci molto buoni (voto 8,5) - le cipolle caramellate non ci hanno colpito, un pochino insapori (voto 6-) - la zuppa inglese ottima (voto 9) Qualità delle materie prime alta. Carta dei vini più che sufficiente per la tipologia del locale, con una buona proposta dei vini del territorio. Buon rapporto qualità, quantità e prezzo. Insomma, se state cercando i sapori della tradizione locale in un contesto elegante ma informale, con personale accogliente e gentile è il locale che fa per voi. Consigliato e buon appetito.
