We found this place by an accident. This is a literal hidden gem! Very sweet and helpful service, interesting meal offer. Everything tasted absolutely delicious. Music playing there (George Michael, Quenn, INXS…) added to a really wonderful atmosphere. 🌼totally loved it here!

Amazing place! The waitresses were kind and told us a lot about the wines they offer, the food was incredibly delicious, and we didn't have to wait a lot. The prices are a bit high, but not unreasonable for the great food and service.

Siamo capitati per caso essendo di passaggio a Cividale. Locale molto carino, personale cortese e disponibile. Il cibo è veramente buonissimo e di ottima qualità. Complimenti ai cuochi perchè ci siamo leccati le dita! Se ci capiterà di ripassare da Cividale non mancheremo di ripassare. Locale super consigliato!

The experience at Antica Trattoria Dominissini is always worth it! The "ajo e ojo" variant is exceptional. Recommended place without a doubt!

Sicilian cuisine in Friuli? It's possible why not? Nice, well-run historic restaurant, you eat well, you spend the right amount without bleeding out, generous portions, go there!

Tra i minuscoli vicoli della tranquilla Cividale del Friuli tra il Natisone e piazza San Francesco, si trova L’antica trattoria Dominissini, il ristorante del Cuoco Adolfo Ritirante. Una piacevole corte in pieno stile siciliano. Il servizio semplice ma curato, ti fa sentire a casa, grazie a Marisa. La cucina di Adolfo è assolutamente sincera, fortemente legata ad una tradizione siciliana eseguita alla perfezione. Non c'è spazio per l'innovazione ma quello che viene proposto nelle intenzioni è esattamente quello che poi si ritrova nel piatto. Le cose più interessanti da segnalare per me sono: Antipasto con sfizi siciliani Aglio e olio con bottarga di tonno Pasta con i ricci di mare (sublime) Tagliata di tonno o involtini di pesce spada Dolci classici, ma il cannolo siciliano croccante con un ripieno classico e delizioso.
