The food was excellent, but the bathroom door didn't close, angry and grumpy staff, paid €55 for 3 two things

Found this quaint little restaurant while walking around Perugia looking for an authentic northern Italian lunch. This ended up being one of our best meals of the trip! Our pasta was simple but perfectly cooked and the sauce was delicious. Highly recommend stopping in if you are in Perugia.

We stopped by this gorgeous trattoria today when visiting Perugia. We sat outside (6 of us) and the young man serving us was so lovely - made great recommendations and was very accommodating. The food was fabulous, some of the best pasta. Seriously recommend if you’re in the area.

Quiet restaurant without tourism snobbery, plenty of choice on the menu. It does help if you make the effort to understand and speak the language to communicate. Pasta al vongole very tasty, but the cocoa and Pepe could use more flavor. Pleasant bill for what we ordered.
There is a small terrace on the street but it is much better to eat inside.

Had a great dinner, 3 of us, excellent menu, even at a fixed price of €15 per dinner! I highly recommend it, go without any hesitation, you will feel at home, or rather: better, friendly service, exceptional food and a reasonable price.

We’ve eaten here a few times now as the food is delicious and the staff friendly. It’s tucked away but we’ll worth finding. My favourite is the lamb cutlets, cooked to perfection.

Very quaint and friendly place.
Very good food, perhaps the best place we ate in Perugia.
Prices in line if not a little lower.
Highly recommended, especially because it is one of the few places to still be truly "close" to the Umbrian culinary culture

We stumbled upon this small, family-run restaurant on our first evening in Perugia, and we were so grateful! It was busy with locals enjoying the excellent food (we started with a mushroom soufflé with cheese fondue and truffles). Our servers were welcoming, kind, and engaging.
