I ate the osso buco with the Milanese risotto here. It was excellent! The servers are helpful. On the other hand the price... for me a trattoria is family cooking and it's often inexpensive (having been to Florence and Rome) but over 40€ for a risotto and an osso buco... I really enjoyed it

Overall opinion: Antica Trattoria Della pesa proposes a traditional menu in an Italian rustic atmosphere. A stopover will allow you to sample some of Milano’s specialities. I had the gnocchi which were one of the best I’ve ever had. I recommend booking in advance to be sure of getting a table during your stay in Milano

Good but not great. I returned to this restaurant after a few years. The dishes are always tasty although the menu has remained the same for years. I believe that traditions can be maintained even by daring a more modern proposal. Too bad the service. We chose a 70 Eur bottle of wine but the waiter told us, once we had ordered, that it was finished and offered another similar bottle. It's a shame that when we paid the bill we discovered that the new one cost 90 Eur. Nobody informed us of the different price list and at the checkout they admitted that the menu was not updated. We would have expected to be offered a 20 euro discount. But this didn't happen. I don't think I will return

I think it's the first time I've given 5 to all categories! This place deserves them all, in fact it deserves 10! Friendly and professional service, never intrusive, silver cutlery and exceptional food!!! The prices are higher than the average but this is absolutely right, the quality of the raw materials is top notch, the workmanship as well. My osso buco with Milanese risotto melted in my mouth. I can't say that anything was better than another course because everything you see in the photo was delicious, a joy for the taste buds. I have already recommended it to all my friends and I will definitely return. Whoever recommended it to me was right, well done ❣️

Before coming to Milan, read several articles and watched a few YouTube videos on the best restaurants for local Lombardian/Milanese cuisine. This place was mentioned in every single one and did not disappoint. Be prepared for Milanese Viel, Saffron Risotto and various other cuts and chops. A must visit when in Milan in my opinion.

A wonderful place and atmosphere with tasty food and wine. See in the pictures below what I tasted and it was OK for dinner. Expensive but good quality and special service! Definitely Recommended!

29/03/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant with colleagues and had a great time. The dishes were delicious, prepared with quality ingredients. The service was impeccable, with attentive and professional staff. The careful decoration adds to the charm of the place. It's not a cheap restaurant, but it's good value for money. A very good address in this corner of Milan!

20/03/2025: Aparentemente este es un restaurante muy famoso que se trasladó a su ubicación actual recientemente. Al ir allí te sientes como un noble, no es grande, pero tiene este aura. Están especializados en especialidades de Milán, por lo que se recomienda centrarse en aquellos (por ejemplo, ossobuco con risotto, costoletta di vitella alla milanese, etc. ). Huelga decir que hay una excelente selección de vinos y la zabaione de postre es morirse! Como el Duomo y otros lugares destacados están a poca distancia, esto se convierte en una visita obligada para obtener el paquete completo en Milán!
02/01/2025: Este es uno de los restaurantes más antiguos, si no el más antiguo de Milán. Me sorprendió ver que todos están vestidos formalmente. Tenía camisa y pantalones, pero tal vez debería haber usado lo que uso para trabajar. No use gorra. Comí albóndigas caseras junto con el vino tinto de Verona, Italia. Fue sabroso. También tuve su plato característico de ñoquis con salsa de bacon ragu y la cutlet de queso milanés (que recordaba a la Juicy Lucy en un restaurante en Minnesota). Todo está delicioso. Recomendaría pero tenga en cuenta la formalidad del restaurante y los precios.
