Da anni si vene a Clusane per mangiare la tinca ripiena tipica del lago d'Iseo, oggi siamo capitati "all'antica trattoria del gallo" e devo dire che la tradizione non viene modificata; tinca ripiena ottima con polenta e unto tipico. Eccezionale. Complimenti.

Cena con mio marito, l’intenzione era assaggiare qualche piatto di pesce di lago. Ogni aspettativa è stata soddisfatta, dall’ambiente coerente con l’atmosfera della antica trattoria al servizio impeccabile di piatti squisiti e ben presentati. Prezzi adeguati. Appena arrivati, senza chiederla, ci hanno portato una ciotola d’acqua per la nostra cagnolina, carineria molto apprezzata. Torneremo sicuramente.

Gita del primo dell’anno sul lago d’Iseo e poi via al ristorante. Questa volta abbiamo optato per una menu a base di pesce di lago. Che ci ha soddisfatto pienamente. Personalmente dopo l’ antipasto ho preso la tinca. Prima volta in assoluto. E mi è piaciuta un sacco. Poi ho scoperto che Clusane è il paese tipico della tinca al forno. E quindi si spiegano tante cose. Insomma anche oggi tutto perfetto.

20/08/2025: Giulio, the host, is incredible. His knowledge of Italian wines and gastronomy is unique! We enjoyed a Leonardo Da Vinci platter (a mix of cheese and cured meats) and two glasses of wine, a delicious white and a truly exceptional red! We added some side dishes (Apulian asparagus and Sicilian artichokes) at Giulio's suggestion, and thank you so much! They were delicious! This is a place for anyone who wants to learn more about our gastronomy, our Italian products, and especially for anyone who knows how to recognize a food enthusiast like Giulio! Thank you so much!
17/08/2025: The tables are furnished in an original and characteristic way; it's a shame that the area in which they are located isn't particularly beautiful. In my opinion, the waiter wasn't entirely transparent, offering us jams and honey along with the cheeses; when it came to the bill, we discovered they were extra and had to be paid. The products were good, but the prices were far too high for the quantity, the location, and the products provided. €44 for the aperitif pictured seems utterly exorbitant.
