Small family-run trattoria where you can taste exquisite traditional Ligurian-Piedmontese dishes. Generous portions. Recommended dishes: mixed starter; ravioli to the touch; pansoti with walnut sauce; bonet with amaretti. New management very courteous and hospitable. Husband and wife will make you feel at home. Renovation of the environment in progress. External bathroom. A gem in the center of Bosio. Very positive experience.

We are happy with the change in management, excellent food, I recommend it, my husband and I go there as soon as we can, just today we were there for lunch with friends. We found quality and friendliness, we feel at home. Thanks Marco and Simona🤗

Bellissima serata. Contestualizzo. Arriviamo alla trattoria in 5 in più del numero per cui avevamo prenotato. Grazie alla signora (immagino la proprietaria) siamo stati comunque accolti nella sala, con il compromesso di essere in un altro tavolo. Ho percepito una buona atmosfera, come essere a casa, nonostante non fossi mai stato alla Trattoria del Canto. Piatti abbondanti e molto buoni, ho assaggiato gli antipasti misti, l'arrosto di Fassona piemontese al forno, la guancia di manzo brasato con puré e le pappardelle al ragù di cinghiale. Queste ultime mi hanno colpito sia nella quantità che nella qualità, super soddisfatto. Anche il tiramisù davvero squisito. Vino della casa, acqua, caffè e amaro, 31 euro, un ottimo prezzo. Il bagno si trova all'esterno, sul lato opposto del vicolo rispetto al locale, forse un po' da ritoccare. Il locale era ben arredato a clima natalizio. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio!

We found this place by chance having visited the Outlet. The owners are super friendly and talkative. Food really nice, fresh, nice taste and not expensive. I recommend to everyone!

I went to this restaurant last week with my wife. Finally there was a change of management. Marco and Simona are kind and nice people. We both ate the Castelmagno gnocchi, very good, I then had the shank and my wife the cheek with puree. Finally 2 desserts, 2 coffees. I found the price right. My wife had been to this place with some friends several years ago, but she honestly preferred the new managers....well done, keep it up.....I really recommend it

I'm back with new management. I found the staff to be friendly and attentive. The place is always the same warm and welcoming. Food always at the top! I read that some people had complained about the small portions but that's not true because they are always right on the generous side. Nice local wine list. The prices? in line with the previous management. Taking over an already established excellent restaurant cannot be easy but the new owners have proven themselves capable of improving some aspects and increasing the choice of dishes. Well done!

Excellent place in upper Monferrato to try cuisine with Piedmontese and Ligurian influences. Exceptional ravioli, good wine and very kind and helpful staff. Highly recommended
