Antica Reggia In Venaria reale

Sono stato l l'altro giorno in questo locale dopo aver partecipato insieme agli amici alla mezza maratona della città di Venaria . Appena arrivati all orario in cui avevamo prenotato ci hanno fatto accomodare subito ma..........qui sono iniziati i guai........PERCHÉ NON SI PUÒ ASPETTARE BEN 40 MINUTI PRIMA DI RICEVERE IL MENÙ. È vero il locale era pieno ma posso capire un po' di attesa non cosi tanto. La cosa buona è che la qualità del cibo non ha deluso le aspettative in particolare io ho mangiate : chiacchiere con burrata e crudo e gli agnolotti del plin tutto delizioso. Anche il bunet alla fine non era male. Quindi la qualità del cibo deve rimanere invariata però il servizio va decisamente migliorato nonostante I CAMERIERI SIANO MOLTO CORTESI E SU QUESTO GLI DO ATTO.

A delicious meal, a beautiful setting and quality service (the wine recommendations are excellent). I recommend it with my eyes closed.

I practically always eat in this restaurant with my family... Whatever type of dish you choose from the menu is a quality dish, always good, from restaurant pizza to desserts. Now allow me to respond to some who have reviewed the staff and the waiting times... let's start with the waiting times... yes, probably if you come on a Saturday for dinner from 9pm onwards it is certainly not very fast, also because to make good dishes it takes of time, and they make good dishes for all customers without distinction... but there is the piadina shop next door which in 3 minutes if you want you can already go around... but we're talking about something else... now I'll move on to the staff... I personally know everything the staff, and I guarantee that not even on the worst evenings I have ever seen them give up, never be vulgar or use rude language, they are always with a smile and always running to serve all of us sitting at the tables. I remind you gentlemen that we are all there for dinner to spend a couple of hours in the company of friends or loved ones... they are there to WORK... so have a little patience and have respect for those who work, and before judging take a deep breath... no one is perfect!!!

Good food, quality ingredients, terrible service... endless waiting times, we arrived at eight and started eating at 9.30! I have been to this restaurant several times before giving my opinion and now I am sure that the service is really bad and inefficient, each time more than an hour of waiting (if anything goes, an hour). The waiters are not very polite, I heard vulgarity coming out of their mouths all evening, they speak to each other in a truly scurrilous and not very decorous way for the place. Medium-high prices

Venue chosen by virtue of its proximity to the palace and intrigued by the 3 menus displayed outside the venue. The external terrace is very beautiful, the choice fell on the traveller's menu: - veal with tuna sauce and vegetable flan with Castelmagno fondue - tajarin with fassona ragù - roast with potatoes. Without infamy and without praise, the starter was very good, on the other hand both the first and second courses were of sufficient quality. In my opinion there appears to be a lot of disparity between this menu and the tasting menu (much more complete with an encore of first and second courses), the difference is only €10. Overall, I recommend it to those who are headed to the palace but are looking for a comfortable place for lunch and dinner.
