07/04/2024: I'm writing the review immediately, having been this evening with my wife in this fantastic trattoria in the center of Modena, it was a nice discovery, a characteristic and tasteful place, with many rooms to be able to feel comfortable unlike many other places, excellent first courses, tagliolini with special black truffles, excellent fried gnocco, very good tigelle different from the usual, perfect cured meats with also the coppa di testa, fantastic bacon lard, excellent sorbet, impeccable service from young waiters, our professional and attentive waitress with an impressive memory writing nothing, for all tables, young, friendly and professional manager.
Keep going guys, we'll be back for sure.
30/03/2024: The encore of first courses was excellent, both the tigelle and the sliced meat were good but not memorable. I don't know if it's as chaotic every evening as when we went but at 11.30pm the remaining customers, mostly young people with a bit of alcohol in their bodies, were making an incredible racket. I couldn't talk to my fellow diners. Overall, noise aside, a positive evening
