First time in Vernazza, they welcomed us like old friends. Fast service, excellent food, and a fair price. Well done!

Introduction. I'm quite picky and can quickly tell if the food is good or not. We stumbled upon this place by chance, and I guiltily immediately thought it was the usual touristy "money-grab" place with a generally poor quality of food. I (we) had to change my mind. We didn't eat well, but rather better! The food was remarkable: incredibly fresh fish accompanied by wonderful and surprising vegetables. The wine was spectacular (a still white from Corniglia, whose name I've unfortunately forgotten). We were served by the very friendly and knowledgeable Cristian, who guided us through an experience we'll never forget. We started with the mixed seafood appetizer (sea anchovies—from Monterosso, we were told—octopus with potatoes, and a shrimp mousse—simply spectacular!). I was served a sea bass that was simply divine. Controversial remarks about reviews and those who write them. When I see the low reviews for a place like this, I realize that tourists, especially foreigners, who come to the Cinque Terre (and Italy in general) lack any culture. I've witnessed some pitiful scenes, with people throwing away whole, wonderful scampi, washed down with Coke and... cappuccino! I repeat, if you can't appreciate a place like this, stay home and eat pizza with ketchup and sliced ​​cheese. Last but not least, the prices are quite reasonable compared to other places, which are outrageously expensive—prices that the stunning location can't justify.

Food was nice. We had the spaghetti and trofi Al pesto. Has a touristy vibe but service was good!

Food was good and reasonable price. dishes are around 15 euros which is “cheaper” than other restaurants. I don’t fully understand the bad reviews. We cam around 8:30 pm and managed to sit without a problem

Cenetta semplice, cucinata bene e a prezzo onesto per il posto in cui si trova. Teorie al pesto e pasta al sugo di mare ben cucinati e cotti. Peccato per il rumore di fondo e il servizio lento
