Attirati dalle splendide foto che si vedono sui social, e sospinti dalla nomea di miglior osteria d'Italia, siamo andati all'Antica Osteria del Mirasole con un'idea ben precisa: provare i tortellini alla panna e la cotoletta alla bolognese. Che dire, esperienza indimenticabile. Migliori tortellini alla panna mai mangiati (con tanto di depliant con indicata la provenienza della panna, latte da parmigiano freschissimo munto ogni giorno) e cotoletta alla bolognese indimenticabile. Era veramente enorme, tanto che l'abbiamo poi finita a cena una volta tornati a casa. Per dolce abbiamo preso una torta di mele con gelato, e da bere un calice di Grasparossa. In totale abbiamo speso 162€. Conto un po' caro obiettivamente, ma i prezzi sono esposti sia su internet che sul menu chiaramente, se si decide di andare non ci si può lamentare. E per quanto mi riguarda sono soldi ben spesi! Bravi!

Splendida osteria nel cuore di San Giovanni, propone cucina della tradizione Emiliana oltre a carne di qualità alla griglia cotta direttamente in sala. Il cibo ottimo, semplicemente la migliore cucina tradizionale che puoi trovare nel territorio, imperdibili i tortellini con panna d'affioramento. I prezzi molto alti rispetto alla media del territorio, 30€ i tortellini, 80€ la cotoletta per due persone. In totale per un antipasto di crostini, bis di primi, una cotoletta in 3 persone con i relativi contorni, dolce ed una bottiglia di vino, abbiamo speso 105€/persona di cui 17€/persona per il vino.

Food Can’t get better than this , Gastronomy at peak , if I had an option to a last meal without hesitation I’d go for this lovely Osteria
No matter how highly I praise this place I’d be serving it injustice
Be it the Pasta , Bistecca or Desserts, all were stunning and that of “the beyond”

We had the tasting menu and it was incredible from start to finish. The tortellini in panna is as legendary as described and the steak we had for the main was excellent — flavourful and perfectly seasoned. If you’re looking to enjoy a heart yet refined take on heritage dishes in a beautiful, warm setting, you can’t go wrong with Mirasole.

We had the pleasure of trying this restaurant for dinner. The atmosphere of a Bolognese tavern of the past made us feel immediately at ease.
What won us over were the tortellini with cream on the surface, a comfort food enriched with an extra touch of creaminess given by the quality of the cream. The Bolognese cutlet was very good but too big, unfortunately there would have to be three of us to order it and justify the price. The guys were fantastic: very kind, present and not too formal, which helps to create that welcoming atmosphere that you perceive as soon as you enter. The prices are not low, but it is important to underline that it is not just a dinner, but a complete experience, made of simplicity, attention to detail and raw materials.

The exquisite dishes, flavors that won me over.
Nice, welcoming place, great for relaxing and enjoying company. Good service, friendly and helpful staff. Quality gastronomic experience!

Grilled marrow and tortellini with cream are truly exceptional. Also really good cutlet. The only downside was the dessert. At the same table we ordered the same dessert, the restricted milk with caramel. However, one of the two was extremely cooked, hard and not good at all, the other was probably cooked in the right way, creamy, with a totally different pleasant flavour... given the clearly different appearance between the two (one full of holes and dark while the other clear with a homogeneous surface), I would have expected more attention. But overall the experience remains positive.

I wasn’t staying there only ate at the restaurant.
Beautiful place, beautiful plates and adorable and smiley waiter.
In my opinion the food was kind of good but way over priced.
The ricotta and small bite of focaccia with mortadelle were very nice.
I also drank an Amazing glass of Lambrusco.
The Lasagna was overcooked and felt almost like paste, it was tasteless and in between the layers there was very little amount of ragù.
The pork chops was some parts nice and some parts very dry and it felt like there’s not a lot of meat.
The mash potatoes were incredible, maybe the best I’ve had outside of France.
Also the tiramisu one of the best I’ve had in my life.
I think the prices were way too high. I understand that you pay extra for the small details, the beautiful plates and extra meticulous food but unfortunately it wasn’t the case.
I’ve eaten in many simpler osterias and trattorias much better meals with wine,antipasti,primi,secondi,desert and caffe in the price of the lasagna.
Even thought it was super expensive I would go again, sometimes there are bad days and it feels like they know what they are doing.
Also the service was excellent, the puree and the desert were perfect and the aesthetics were super nice and left good impression on Me.
