I don’t typically leave reviews but this restaurant was too good not to! It was on the way to our hotel and after looking it up I had a good feeling about it. We both got the 5 course menu with the wine parings and were blown away by how delicious and spot on the wine was!! I will absolutely be eating there again when I come back

Good food, good ambience, comfortable and peaceful meal

My mother and I had a wonderful experience here. After ending up at a tourist restaurant we left and found this perfect spot. The staff was friendly and welcoming and were happy to have us. I got the 7 course blind menu with the wine pairing and my mother got the 5 course menu with the wine pairing. The pairings with each dish were spot on and the food was incredible. They served true Venetian cuisine with in season ingredients and all wines paired were from Veneto. The pumpkin soup was my favorite and the soul fish took my mom back to her childhood. This was a must go and I would recommend it to anyone looking for authentic, non tourist, Venetian food. I will be going back if I’m in Venice again.

A hidden gem in Venice! Antica Osteria Ai Tre Leoni is full of charm and authentic Venetian character. The food was absolutely top-notch — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. A special thank you to our wonderful server, Antonio, who turned lunch into an experience rather than just a meal. His recommendations for both the dishes and wine were perfetto! I've known the family who owns this restaurant for over 20 years. I followed them from Calle Larga San Marco to its current location. What I want to say is that it's a classic family restaurant steeped in tradition, yet open to innovation and creativity. Chefs Piero and Antonio make their own pasta, sauces, and desserts. The vegetables come from their own garden. The produce is always seasonal. The seafood is always the freshest. The best sea bass in the world is here. Massimo and Antonio Jr. maintain top-notch service. I'm conservative and don't like to experiment, so when in Venice, I usually dine here. You can't go wrong!

Very quiet location, beautifully decorated, pretty dishes, not too touristy, clean, and authentic. The food was delicious, and the service was very attentive and friendly. We felt more at home than we have in a long time and would definitely come back.

We stumbled upon this place by chance and were extremely pleased. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and the staff are professional, yet informal, and truly excellent. We chose the five-course tasting menu. The preparation and presentation were truly excellent, with a focus on seasonal ingredients. The delicate flavors made the lunch truly enjoyable.

We chose this restaurant without hesitation for our final meal in Venice. First of all, we were impressed by the warm and thoughtful hospitality. They speak English, so it's reassuring, and the restaurant has an incredibly great atmosphere. ◎ The staff were all very kind, and even our broken English was appreciated, with a smile and no complaints. We enjoyed our meal. We went at 7pm and were able to enter without a reservation, but it quickly became filled with customers who made reservations. The restaurant is relatively quiet during lunchtime, so you can enjoy a relaxing meal in a relaxed atmosphere. Everything on the menu looks delicious, but I especially recommend the lobster pasta! The spicy sauce really brought out the flavor of the ingredients, and the lobster was thick and tender. It was hands-down the best food I've had in Venice so far. I'll definitely visit this restaurant again the next time I visit Venice. Thank you for the wonderful time! It was great! Thanks for the support!

I highly recommend it. Excellent food and equally good service. We came here for lunch twice, two different and equally good meals, whether fish, meat or pasta.

If you are in Venice, dine here, you can't go wrong.
