TOP, came for the 50 km Pistoia Abetone, we ate lunch by mistake, booked also in the evening. Excellent quality, Friendly service with a touch of friendship but always elegant, They prepared a table all our own, in 20 people, they prepared everything well and quickly. Quality local wines, choice of dishes in the true local tradition. Thank you, we will definitely be back.

Not to be missed if you want a place to remember pleasantly! This place, typical of downtown Pistoia, is the ideal place both to enjoy an aperitif as a couple and to eat in the company of friends. During the month of July it is possible on several evenings to listen to live music thanks to the Blues City initiative; for those who do not know, Pistoia is second only to Chicago for Blues bands and initiatives related to music with 12 bars. Arduino, the owner of Norcineria Orsi, is the heir of a family specialized in the management of cured meats, as per Umbrian tradition: his restaurant has been here in this little square since 1922! There are no descriptions or photos sufficient to justify the reason why this place is a must: absolutely to try, you will return. But only if you book, the tables are few precisely to guarantee excellent service and quality.

Quick lunch with a huge platter full of cured meats, delicious cheeses, and spectacular crostini + pici with sausage ragù (delicious) + necci 😍 Everything was truly delicious and enjoyed with a view of Piazza della Sala. Excellent service with very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Informal restaurant in the heart of the city. Also thanks to the mild temperature for the month of January, we were able to eat outside enjoying the lively Piazza della Sala. Super friendly staff and excellently cooked food (touching meatballs with sauce and apple fritters to throw on the floor) good choice of wines and reasonable prices. Well done👏👏👏
