We stumbled into this charming place by chance, drawn by the lampredotto sign... Very satisfied! Excellent lampredotto, it melted in your mouth! We also had the wild boar pici, excellent.

Very kind and friendly. The waiters were very knowledgeable and welcoming. I had a problem with a dish, and they changed it without any complaints and apologized multiple times. You won't find places with such kind staff anymore... we'll definitely be back. Excellent, well-prepared food. Thank you, and see you next time.

Great experience! We chose it by chance for lunch today, and both my partner and I were extremely satisfied.
The prosciutto and coccole (fried bread) were excellent. The chestnut gnocchi and ragù were divine.
The crostini and ribollita were also delicious!
The ricotta and Nutella neccio was delicious.
Excellent service, friendly and helpful, even with us taking up space with a stroller.
Clean place.
Highly recommended.

What can I say? The traditional cuisine is truly delicious, and the staff makes you feel at home. The place isn't big, with limited seating, but the dishes are all excellent. For dessert, order the fried apples, they're out of this world.

A quaint and rustic pork butcher's shop with limited seating, mostly outdoors. The ribollita is excellent, along with a platter of cold cuts and delicious pasta ragu. Friendly staff. Recommended.

Norcineria Orsi, located in the historic center of Pistoia, needs no introduction. It's been around since 1922, and the food is excellent and the prices are reasonable. The always friendly owner offers a selection of dishes that in Tuscany are considered "world-class" because of their deliciousness, ranging from soups to meat dishes to cured meats, all top-notch. One of the best restaurants in Pistoia. Typical Pistoia food, just like it was made by our grandmother. Kind and affectionate service. The taglieri with cocolli is a generous portion, as are the other dishes. My favorite is the penne with lampredotto. Divine.
