A quaint and rustic pork butcher's shop with limited seating, mostly outdoors. The ribollita is excellent, along with a platter of cold cuts and delicious pasta ragu. Friendly staff. Recommended.

Norcineria Orsi, located in the historic center of Pistoia, needs no introduction. It's been around since 1922, and the food is excellent and the prices are reasonable. The always friendly owner offers a selection of dishes that in Tuscany are considered "world-class" because of their deliciousness, ranging from soups to meat dishes to cured meats, all top-notch. One of the best restaurants in Pistoia. Typical Pistoia food, just like it was made by our grandmother. Kind and affectionate service. The taglieri with cocolli is a generous portion, as are the other dishes. My favorite is the penne with lampredotto. Divine.

A place where you feel good and eat better.
We sat for lunch at the tables overlooking the square, in a very characteristic atmosphere.
Traditional dishes, carefully prepared, presented simply yet precisely. You can sense the commitment and passion that the owners, who are wonderful people, put into their dishes. Excellent value for money. Truly, congratulations.

TOP, came for the 50 km Pistoia Abetone, we ate lunch by mistake, booked also in the evening.
Excellent quality,
Friendly service with a touch of friendship but always elegant,
They prepared a table all our own, in 20 people, they prepared everything well and quickly.
Quality local wines, choice of dishes in the true local tradition.
Thank you, we will definitely be back.
