My absolute favorite shop in all of Europe!! Fresh, delicious, well appointed. So delightful to the eye!! We will return.

Great shop and truly impressive, well worth seeing. The tartare was described very simply, the price was more than reasonable, and the taste was true to the description. It was cut "rustically" and unfortunately didn't taste like a typical beef tartare... underseasoned, or rather, as described, simple and rather rustic. Unfortunately, it wasn't quite our taste.

Fantastic butcher shop. What a huge selection, and it all seems equally good. A bit pricey, though. You can buy something here and eat and drink quietly on the street-side terrace. Several rooms, all equally photogenic. The room where the hams are hung to dry and mature looks and smells just like it should be. Make sure you bring a cooler bag so you can buy all sorts of things here.

Very tasty and the staff is very friendly. You get a number, order, and then pay inside. Highly recommended, and you can buy a lot more to take home next door.

We happened upon Greve in Chianti on a scorchingly hot day. We stopped to look for something to eat and stumbled upon this butcher shop right in the center... amazing! The lady/waitress who welcomed us immediately warned us that the wait was a bit long, but within 15 minutes, several tables were freed up and she seated us. You can eat inside or outside; we chose inside because it's cooler, as they have refrigerators to keep the cured meats. We ate surrounded by the smell of cured meats and fresh local produce, everything was very good, we were delighted! Friendly and helpful staff, wait times vary depending on how busy they are. On average, you'll be served within 15 minutes, but even if you have to wait a little longer, trust me, it's definitely worth it. While you wait, you can easily browse the entire shop and the cured meats room. I recommend it and will definitely be back!!

It's worth a visit if you're in Greve, Chianti. Salami, ham, unique cheeses, platters that you can eat right there and enjoy a glass of wine right in the town's central square!

Sono stato con mia moglie e i miei 2 figli di 10 e 13 anni alla macelleria Falorni, ambiente bellissimo e molto accogliente. All’interno della macelleria puoi anche acquistare cibo di assoluta qualità. Servizio veloce e puntuale, cibo ottimo. Da consigliare assolutamente.
