We first shopped here 32 years ago. Since then, we've regularly bought products like truffle salami and fennel salami from Germany. We love the taste and can recommend pretty much anything from Falorni.

Good butcher. A bit commercial (and pricey) compared to nearby colleagues. Service is a bit chaotic. But the seating is nice, overlooking the square.

we walked in because we were curious, then stayed in because the scent was so wild — if you’re wondering what 220 years of meat processing and aging smells like, come here and see! this place is wild— it’s like a meat museum, but you can eat the exhibits. bought a salami.

This is a must stop butchery. It was more than we could have imagined. If you are fortunate enough to visit here, make sure you find the cheese cave down the stairs, we nearly missed it. The selection of meats and cheese was spectacular.

This is one of the oldest butcher shops and delicatessens in Tuscany. Since the 1800s, the Falorni family has had a business that is considered a legacy in the surrounding area. 🍖
Inside this business, you can find an excellent selection of cured meats, as well as cured meats, aged cheeses, and other dishes from the Tuscan culinary tradition, which will delight all types of palates looking for a taste of this land. 🧀
For those who love meat and good food, this is a must-see if you visit Tuscany. It's well worth losing yourself among its shelves and exploring its cheese cellar, where the local pecorino cheese is reinvented and offers the perfect excuse to return home with a taste of Greve. Claro, hay muchos lugares que tienen salchichas de jabalí, pero ninguno como este lugar .. increíbles cortes de carne fresca y muchas, muchas salchichas. También buena selección de quesos. Compré varias piezas para aperitivos, y todas fueron excelentes.

Giornata di sole e un tepore quasi primaverile ci invitano a un giro fuori porta.
A Greve in Chianti, deliziosa cittadina vicino a Firenze, una domenica in piazza con mercato del vintage e tanti turisti.
Ora di pranzo e quindi una sosta culinaria presso la Macelleria Falorni …famosa per i suoi salumi e i prodotti tipici toscani.
Una breve attesa e un tavolino sotto i portici veramente caratteristici per ordinare un ricco tagliere di salumi con prosciutto del Falorni, prosciutto di cinghiale e prosciutto di cinta senese con accompagnamento schiacciata e croccantella.
In aggiunta una ribollita e una tartare con lardo e rosmarino.
Tutto molto buono, genuino e decisamente curato.
Gentile il personale e azzeccata la formula del numero per prenotare il menù scelto e poi essere serviti al tavolo !!!
Ci torneremo presto e quindi consigliatissimo.
