It was not a popular voice, but a very beautiful and kind young lady who told us about this place to eat lunch, and now that lunch is over, all we can do is say "thank you from the bottom of our hearts, sweet Vale." Located on the edge of the historic center of Saluzzo, this restaurant seems anonymous in its presentation but, once you enter, in this charming place, you are kidnapped by a smile that cheers the heart, a truly genuine welcome and full of healthy passion, moreover, once you are seated, this young lady introduces you with infinite grace and sweetness, an accurate speech while her gaze shines so much that, it makes you dream, of the menu that you will go to taste. Applause like at the premiere of the Scala, here we find ourselves in the cave of a starred future, dishes of an impeccable care, combinations of flavors that leave you amazed. Their tempura, ah! How wonderful and then.. A tear on the dessert with the Zabaione... In short, gentlemen..if there were 7 stars it would be said..well done, so what's left to say, Thanks to this young couple who love their work and helped by their staff..they give pearls of mastery to anyone, leaving the flavors in the heart and mind while you happily leave. My wife and I often go out to eat! The food is excellent, cooked very well, quality raw materials and a good wine list! The owners are young, friendly and very competent and professional! Highly recommended!

Throughout the Cuneo area it is said that the food is on average good... but in this restaurant the food is very good! Quality of ingredients, courtesy and professionalism and the right balance between offer and cost. Two menus that are able to satisfy all palates. High quality in all courses, the possibility of choosing between the two and composing your own menu was much appreciated. Well done guys! Keep it up!

Very fine food, local enjoyment

All'esterno magari è un pochino anonimo ma una volta entrati lasciatevi alle spalle pensieri, malumori, discussioni insomma tutte le cose negative. L'accoglienza è cordiale e amichevole, Valentina è stata di una gentilezza rara ed elegante sia nella fase di prenotazione che in quella di accoglienza; ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. Il ristorante propone una serie di piatti di pesce e di carme ma io Vi consiglio il pesce; è fresco e preparato in modi raffinati e appetitosi. La freschezza della materia prima e la sua preparazione accompagnano e concludono quella che è un'esperieza piena e apagante. Bravi Valentina e Daniele, è stato un privilegio avere la Vostra attenzione. Siamo stati a cena in questo bel ristorante, ci siamo trovati benissimo, il cibo è ottimo, il servizio curato e con personale simpatico e gentile. Tutti i piatti sono ben presentati e buonissimi, la sala non è troppo ampia e quindi l’atmosfera è tranquilla, quindi si riesce a chiacchierare bene. Sicuramente ci torneremo molto volentieri, bravi continuate così.

Characteristic and well-kept atmosphere, impeccable service with kind and well-trained staff, very good cuttlefish with polenta, well-cooked and excellent sea bream, dessert with chocolate mousse that was not well-balanced (too bitter).
