My wife and I often go out to eat! The food is excellent, cooked very well, quality raw materials and a good wine list! The owners are young, friendly and very competent and professional! Highly recommended!

Throughout the Cuneo area it is said that the food is on average good... but in this restaurant the food is very good! Quality of ingredients, courtesy and professionalism and the right balance between offer and cost. Two menus that are able to satisfy all palates. High quality in all courses, the possibility of choosing between the two and composing your own menu was much appreciated. Well done guys! Keep it up!

Siamo stati a cena in questo bel ristorante, ci siamo trovati benissimo, il cibo è ottimo, il servizio curato e con personale simpatico e gentile. Tutti i piatti sono ben presentati e buonissimi, la sala non è troppo ampia e quindi l’atmosfera è tranquilla, quindi si riesce a chiacchierare bene. Sicuramente ci torneremo molto volentieri, bravi continuate così.

Characteristic and well-kept environment, impeccable service with kind and well-trained staff, very good cuttlefish with polenta, well-cooked sea bream of excellent quality, dessert with unbalanced chocolate mousse (too bitter).

Il locale, che si trova nelle periferia di Saluzzo a due passi dall'antica caserma Mario Musso, non è molto grande ma accogliente e finemente ristrutturato. I piatti proposti richiamano la tradizione del posto ma con un tocco di modernità. Le materie prime utilizzate nella cucina sono fresche e di ottima di qualità. Particolare la carta dei vini, dove sono presenti vini ricercati e di alto livello. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo forse leggermente alto rispetto alla media della zona. Continuate così, se si ripresenterà l'occasione tornerò sicuramente!

11/05/2025: We had a great time. We were welcomed with extreme courtesy and helpfulness. The girls on staff are very kind and friendly. They also gave us great recommendations for a couple of places to do tastings. The food was really great; from the appetizer to the dessert everything was impeccable. Stunning environment. When we are in the area we will definitely be back!
10/05/2025: Very high quality dishes from start to finish. The tasty and particular gardener of the appetizer, the delicious first courses and the dessert are the icing on the cake that concludes this delicious typical Piedmontese lunch. Very kind and super helpful owner.
