Excellence. In everything. The smiles that welcome you are the prelude to the smiles that will be on the faces of the diners as soon as they taste the dishes: carefully prepared, as beautiful to the eye as they are excellent on the palate. I haven't eaten this well in years.

An exquisite traditional and very original cuisine in a very nice atmosphere. I strongly recommend this place in Saluzzo/Piemonte.

I have been to the Monviso Restaurant several times and as always they never disappoint! Calibrated and studied dishes, nothing left to chance, few things but well taken care of, each dish makes the passion behind it shine through, without talking about the same passion that Valentina puts into describing dishes, wines and the sensations that they evoke... as always good guys...

I had lunch yesterday in this very nice restaurant and I was very satisfied. The wait was enlivened by a gardener offered by the house, very good. I ate an octopus with a side dish, excellent and well cooked, and concluded with a delicious blueberry cheese cake. Excellent service and high quality products. I will definitely return one evening to try the tasting menu. Thanks for the welcome!

Ieri abbiamo pranzato davvero bene! Carpione di Pesce, Fregola e pescato del giorno davvero Super. Per non parlare dei dolci. Ottima accoglienza, personale davvero gentile. Hanno soddisfatto a pieno le nostre aspettative. Bravi
