I must say we were really satisfied with the delicious food and impeccable service. I highly recommend it. As for the price, it's fair for the service they provide.

Very friendly staff. Very attentive service with attention to detail. Waiting time is reasonable considering the time it takes to prepare the dishes. Choice of two menus with the option of selecting individual dishes. High-quality dishes featuring carefully selected ingredients that allow the flavors to shine through.

We visited this restaurant and had a truly excellent experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and always smiling—qualities that truly make a difference. The food also lived up to expectations: carefully prepared dishes, fresh ingredients, and authentic flavors that won us over. It's rare to find a place where you're welcomed with such kindness. We had a wonderful time! Excellent cuisine with unusual pairings, reasonable portions, and a comprehensive wine list with unusual offerings. Excellent service from the friendly and welcoming owners, who were also knowledgeable in recommending dishes and wines.

An excellent restaurant. Good food, offering a local menu plus a few off-menu dishes. I tried the fondue gnocchi with pepper and tripe, which were truly well-prepared. The desserts are top-notch, even off-menu options upon request. The wine list is practically endless, and you can indulge in the excellent service of Valentina, the sommelier. In the summer, there's an outdoor seating area and, importantly, the restrooms are very clean. You can't really go wrong.

It was not a popular voice, but a very beautiful and kind young lady who told us about this place to eat lunch, and now that lunch is over, all we can do is say "thank you from the bottom of our hearts, sweet Vale." Located on the edge of the historic center of Saluzzo, this restaurant seems anonymous in its presentation but, once you enter, in this charming place, you are kidnapped by a smile that cheers the heart, a truly genuine welcome and full of healthy passion, moreover, once you are seated, this young lady introduces you with infinite grace and sweetness, an accurate speech while her gaze shines so much that, it makes you dream, of the menu that you will go to taste. Applause like at the premiere of the Scala, here we find ourselves in the cave of a starred future, dishes of an impeccable care, combinations of flavors that leave you amazed. Their tempura, ah! How wonderful and then.. A tear on the dessert with the Zabaione... In short, gentlemen..if there were 7 stars it would be said..well done, so what's left to say, Thanks to this young couple who love their work and helped by their staff..they give pearls of mastery to anyone, leaving the flavors in the heart and mind while you happily leave.
