It is a very nice and characteristic place. Both inside and out is very beautiful. On the veranda you can admire the view of the valley. The restaurant offers local cuisine with some dishes different from the usual. Must try.

Nice location, good food and good service too

Appetizer of delicious crescentine with lots of cured meats and cheese. Tortelloni with ricotta in which they didn't skimp on the filling and it wasn't all ricotta! The beer chicken was very tender and the sacher was amazing!

Ancient Ostaria della Rocca di Badolo ..via Brento 4 Badolo province of Bologna. This tavern is located just outside Bologna in the direction of Sasso Marconi.. it is immediately known for its rustic but well-kept appearance, it was built on the foundations of an ancient 15th century convent. Which at the time was already an important refreshment point for all those who moved from lower Emilia towards Romagna. Here you can find yourself in contact with the Bolognese hills with a breathtaking view... bread, pasta, desserts all made in home... seasonal mushrooms and truffles, polenta, and excellent meats... all the products used are all 0 km, and here you can also find... excellent wines. I remember that both the bread and the pasta are made with organic stone-ground flours, the whole environment is dominated by a lot of stone and wood... where you eat mountain cuisine that is very rich in flavors and linked to tradition.

Assolutamente delizioso. Location bellissima, immersa nella natura e facilmente raggiungibile. Servizio perfetto: gentilezza e cortesia, oltre a cordialità e simpatia. Cibo da 10 e lode: crema di marroni assolutamente da provare, ma abbiamo davvero apprezzato tutto tantissimo. Sicuramente torneremo e non vedo l’ora! Complimenti!!

Il personale è cortese e preparato. I tempi giustissimi. Il cibo è molto buono, tipico ma rivisitato in maniera efficace. Porzioni abbondanti.
