We went for dinner. We were the only customers that evening, so when we walked in, we weren't sure if it was open. The bread was excellent, and the free tasting was also very special. We only ordered the monkfish, which is the first item on the main course menu. We were disappointed because it was clearly unevenly cooked: some parts were soft, others tough and undercooked. Furthermore, the sauce had clearly been added afterward, so the fish itself lacked much flavor. The service was courteous and quick, and the digestion was without any problems. We admired the paintings in the room, which give a special touch to the atmosphere.

Nice beautiful and clean restaurant, very homely and wonderful starter and food. The Schiacciata is superb and each dish was really smooth. Have a working phone number as if they want to contact you if the table is open earlier they will call! 🥰 would love to come back again if we are in the Fiesole area

Delicious! Cute family run restaurant where we really felt like guests! Everything (including amazing bread) is cooked day of by the couple. Only reason for 4 star is we wanted only 1/2 kg of steak to share but we got 1 kg.

Excellent and discrete restaurant in Fiesole. The food is excellent and homemade (the owner does his own pasta before the service) and the service is very nice.

Vale la pena spostarsi da Firenze e Fiesole per provare questa taverna, ottima cucina, raffinata ma del territorio, chef davvero bravo, gestore super gentile. Anche la cantina ci ha stupito, pochi vini ma tutti selezionati e di nicchia. Noi abbiamo pasteggiato a champagne.
