Palermo's famous restaurant is here 🏅️✨! ! Must lock in! Take out the megaphone and say it loudly: Don't miss this restaurant when you come to Italy! !
Especially the seemingly ordinary stewed eggplant, which has a sweet and sour taste and is very homely, and each restaurant will have a little change♥️.
There is also sea fish tomato curly pasta! The sauce is so thick that it completely adheres to the noodles, and the noodles are delicious and fragrant. It’s really amazing🤩~~~
If you pull up in Palermo and don’t hit them, just know you’re disrespecting yourself. This spot is mafia-movie-scene, blessed-by-Sicilian-nonnas legendary.
The Pasta alla Trapanese (Sicilian Tomato Pesto) is rich, tangy, slapping harder than my intrusive thoughts. Every coil of pasta was soaking in pure tomato magic like it was born for this life.
The Sicilian pasta al forno (oven baked pasta) is saucy and smoky from that canned eggplant greatness. Like a whole damn love letter from the island in one bite.
Trust me: come dangerously hungry and emotionally available.

Oramai ha il nome, storica rosticceria siciliana. Il problema è che paghi tanto ma la qualità è appena sufficiente, a Palermo trovi di meglio a prezzo più bassi. Non vado più. Preso anelletti al forno, panino con la meusa, melanzane e sfincione (quest'ultimo sconsigliatissimo)
