Che dire, tutto fantastico, menù alla carta, due primi due secondi due dolci con accompagnamento vini scelti dal sommelier, eccezionale! Qualità eccellente,servizio impeccabile! Una garanzia…torneremo sicuramente!

C’è tutto quello che a me piace: un bel locale, con spazio e terrazzo, uno staff simpatico e professionale, uno chef che combina perfettamente la tradizione regionale e la creatività. Il percorso è bellissimo, dall’ amuse bouche fino all’ultima cioccolatina col caffè. C’è tango, e tutto buono. Bravi!

12/06/2025: Kindness courtesy a small restaurant well cared for and typical. Excellent dishes of Piedmontese cuisine well presented and tasty. Excellent raw materials. In every dish you can taste the love for their land and the refined search for raw materials. Each course was an emotion of the palate. Thanks to the girls who advised us very well and you can see the passion in their eyes. Thanks for this culinary journey.
01/06/2025: The place is in a pedestrian street with seating inside, in the garden and in the pedestrian alley. The furniture (especially the bathroom) and various boxes (like the bread box) are made with recycled material from wooden wine crates. The menu offers typical dishes but revisited. If you let yourself be carried away, the meal can become an experience of flavors. In addition to what you order, you are pampered by at least 4 (in our case) travel-size welcome and farewell tastings: a first appetizer consisting of mini bagnacauda, ​​garden vegetables and cooked greens with their own black bread to accompany it; a second pre-meal consisting of a block of nice thick butter with its accompanying bread; a pre-coffee / pre-dessert to cleanse the mouth consisting of a scoop of sorbet; various sweets to accompany the coffee. Each course has its own plate or tray, to be reconciled (it seems) with shape, consistency and color. A special note to the plin dish: tiny, filled with game, grilled and served in a wafer that melts in your mouth.
