A truly extraordinary culinary experience. We chose a menu entirely dedicated to mushrooms, and each course was a discovery of flavors, textures, and aromas. From appetizers to dessert, everything was meticulously crafted. The service was impeccable, professional, and attentive. The wait between courses was a bit slow, nothing serious, but worth mentioning in an otherwise impeccable setting. The restaurant's atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for enjoying a lunch or dinner that becomes a true sensory journey.

Exceptional, we went there for lunch. The 4-course menu was succulent, a magnificent discovery for our taste buds with a true respect for the local gastronomy. A breathtaking wine list with a very good sommelier to advise us. The service was truly up to par. The setting is magical, we manage to forget that we are in the middle of the city. A big thank you for this wonderful culinary experience.

E’ una certezza. Ho pranzato almeno venti volte in questo ristorante negli ultimi dieci anni. Perfetto per un pranzo di lavoro come per un pranzo domenicale in famiglia. L’ultima volta era giugno e si mangia all’aperto, nella corte piena di piante e fiori. I piatti variano a seconda delle stagioni ma con costanti deliziose. Il servizio prevede una serie di importanti amouse bouche cui seguono i piatti scelti da ogni commensale e, dopo il dolce, una elaborata serie di pasticcini. Sommeiller è responsabile del servizio di rara simpatia. Tutto il personale è in ogni caso cortese.

21/10/2025: It feels like being at home in the Alta Langa, in a country house where traditional Piedmontese cuisine is revisited with taste and lightness. It offers a meat menu, an unusual fish menu, and, in October, we also discovered the Truffle Menu. The potato and hazelnut gnocchi on a Castelmagno cream and the crispy egg on a Castelmagno base with truffle shavings are exquisite (€4.50 per gram). The seafood menu also offers a delicious brisée tartlet with calamari and scallops on a cream of zucchini. To finish, a Madernassa pear caramelized in red wine with cinnamon ice cream and a selection of complimentary pastries. The service is friendly and discreet, and the prices are reasonable considering the quality of the ingredients. Beautiful decor, complemented by vintage items that complement the ambiance, is also a highlight. Free parking is available.
