Superb and captivating menu but inadequate, cold and detached hospitality. We had the feeling that the waiters were in a hurry to finish the service as soon as possible. The pace of lunch was too fast, with practically no breaks and very short times between one course and another (aperitif and amouse bouche present on the table before we even closed the menu to order) The icing on the cake: the second time we were asked for coffees, we agreed to have them brought to us and the waiter, turning towards the bar, exclaimed loudly: "bro, make 2 coffees" Unfortunately we found this gesture and the service in general to be inelegant for a 2 Michelin star, a shame because the dishes served are truly excellent and of high quality.

It is certainly a pleasant experience, the cuisine is interesting and very careful in its presentation, the wine list is exceptional. One point of improvement is the service as being a 2 Michelen star the customer expects fewer mistakes and more attention to detail

quality you'd expect from a 2 star restaurant. Some dishes a little uneven, excellent wine list with a variety of wines of quality for all budgets.

One of the best restaurants I have been to in my life - absolutely a must and worth the trip !

Da un ristorante 2 stelle mi aspettavo qualcosa di innovativo, ed invece ho trovato una cucina tradizionale. Ma non sono affatto rimasta delusa perchè tutto è stato perfetto, dal servizio, all'abbinamento dei gusti, alla materia prima e alle cotture. Il foie gras sotto forma di patè e di scaloppa era una goduria, ma anche l'agnello sia in petto che in costoletta, o pure il cardo con fonduta da leccarsi i baffi. Purtroppo non ci stava il dolce, ma la pasticceria era buonissima !! Cucina tradizionale garantita e approvata !!

Un due stelle di cucina del territorio spettacolare. Lo Chef estremamente cortese e disponibile. Piatti della tradizione meravigliosi. Complimenti davvero.

A very high level venue with an adequate gastronomic offering. Elegant but still sober interiors; nice, friendly staff who make you feel like you are at home. Spectacular à la carte menu. Possibility of tasting menu with white truffle for lovers. I have to say it's a place I would return to (and that usually doesn't happen). All the dishes I tried pleasantly surprised me. High quality/price ratio (obviously compared to the type of restaurants).

We went to the restaurant for my partner's birthday, with two friends. We opted for a 5-course tasting menu (to which are added a chef's welcome, amuse bouche, small pre-desserts and small pastries). Excellent level of food in all dishes with special mention to the liver with figs and the lasagnetta with scampi (basically lobsters). Thanks also to the dining room staff who responded to all our curiosities. Absolutely correct price.

Guests of a dear friend, we spent an unforgettable culinary evening! Everything is done with great passion and professionalism. Cuisine of the highest level accompanied by impeccable service! Finally, a note of thanks to the young and future sommelier who welcomed us into the room dedicated to us confidential to whom I wish all the professional luck he deserves.

The two stars that Michelin has awarded to the restaurant well represent the elegance, courtesy, professionalism and above all the authentic Piedmontese cuisine, expertly offered without frills but using only raw materials of the highest quality, which are found in this elegant restaurant. This is the Ancient Royal Crown. Very professional but not formal, courteous and politely friendly waiters who follow you carefully from the entrance to the end of the meal. A cuisine that faithfully reflects authentic Piedmontese recipes but which executes them with grace and with refined technique. All the dishes tasted were unanimously welcomed by my table. A special mention of the tagliolini, very thin, covered with a generous shower of truffle, the ravioli with plin and the egg in cocotte, also covered with the highly fragrant and prized mushroom. A mention of the wine list, which is effectively an encyclopedia. Recommended for those who want to enjoy authentic Piedmontese cuisine in a true two-star atmosphere.
