My mom and I had a lovely dinner at Anonimo Veneziano on our vacation! We passed it walking around the winding streets and are so glad we came back for dinner. The waiter was very kind and helpful in explaining some of the dishes we had questions about. We enjoyed the scampi with prawns and the spaghetti alla carbonara, both were delicious and fresh! I had a glass of local red wine and like it a lot! And a fun treat was that, he brought us shots of limoncello at the end of our meal! The ambiance was very cozy and nice. Not too fancy, but not casual either. The waiter was prompt but gave us plenty of time to look over the menu and enjoy our meal. If you’re in Venice, go have a meal here, you won’t be disappointed!

This restaurant is across from our hotel, so we tried it by chance, and we were delighted. We received a warm welcome and our meals were very good. I recommend it.

I went there four times this year, in spring and autumn. The food is okay to tasty, but not outstanding. The wine list is rather small, and some of the wines on it haven't been available for a while. The house wine is only served by the glass. Each time, however, I was annoyed by a particular server who kept asking the same questions, even after I'd clearly answered "no." They also constantly tried to refill my wine, even when my glass was still half full. I won't be going back.

A lovely little restaurant, friendly and family-run. A pleasant discovery; the food was very good and, finally, reasonably priced. Quick and friendly service. Very kind waiters. Thank you for the warm welcome.
