Annina 1937 In Matera

Durante un mio recente soggiorno a Matera, mi è stato consigliato questo ristorante tipico nel centro storico. L’ambientazione è quella tipica, ambiente ricavato nelle antiche strutture “a grotta” non grandissimo ma organizzato molto bene. Menù con piatti nella rigorosa tradizione popolare, una cucina di sapori semplici di grandissima qualità, Alcuni esempi? Tagliolini mantecati con baccalà , Capunti con pesto di zucchine, pomodorini e pistacchio, Orecchiette con cime di rape, acciughe e pan grattato, e….. mi fermo qui. E se in un ristorante ci ritorni tre volte a pranzo……allora non credo che ci si può sbagliare! ANNINA 1937 una storia di grande tradizione gastronomica a Matera , dove il rapporto qualità/prezzo premia positivamente questa ottima scelta! CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!

Kleines, süßes Restaurant mit italienischen Personal. Ich denke, familiengeführt. Kleine , aber sehr feine Karte und gute Weine. Wir hatten einen schönen Platz an einem der drei Aussentische in der schmalen Gasse mit Blick auf Matera Sassi. Der Chef hat uns einen tollen Vermentino empfohlen, der war Nummer 1 👍😅. Ein echtes Kleinod. Sehr zu empfehlen.

My partner and I fell madly in love with the dishes of this magical place. As a Matera native who lives in Salento, I can say that you eat with flavors that are REALLY typical of our Matera. The tasty reinterpretations that wink at traditional dishes are very interesting. Delicate but never predictable flavours. Cuisine that brought me back to the authentic scents of my childhood. Courteous and kind staff. Absolutely recommended. Located a stone's throw from the center, with the right privacy. Truly an enchanting discovery. We will return with joy.

My husband and I had a wonderful time in this characteristic restaurant in the Sassi of Matera. The food was excellent and tasty and for us who are vegetarians there were several options. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We had dinner at a table outside with a spectacular view of the stones and that say, an evening that we will always carry in our hearts. I absolutely recommend it because you can breathe an air of tradition with a refined touch that doesn't hurt. Go there

Restaurant in the historic center of Matera in a very private and intimate alley a stone's throw from the viewpoint over Matera Vecchia Historic and very impressive place, interiors entirely in stone with Grottaminarda and room below created from a cave... fantastic Excellent food and well served, all really delicious without any flaw, obviously typical local cuisine with a few tweaks here and there. We stopped by for a quick visit but we will definitely return for the food, location and service, done directly by the very friendly and courteous owner. Restaurant recommended by a friend, and I in turn will do it again too. Good, elegant, genuine with typical traditional dishes revisited with normality and without excess. I took the tagghierini with broad beans and caramelized onion, something divine. All of this in a corner of Matera, a stone's throw from the centre, quiet and romantic. Reference point.

We had dinner last night at this beautiful place. Restaurant in a stone typical of Matera, well furnished, romantic, warm. We ordered two first courses, two second courses, side dish, dessert and drinks. EVERYTHING WONDERFULLY EXCELLENT! The waitress was very professional and the owner really attentive and polite as well as welcoming. We will happily return. Highly recommended. Excellent quality/price ratio

We had lunch at a table outside with a splendid view of the Sassi, but the place inside is also wonderful. The dishes are typical of the place, prepared in an optimal manner. The service is well organized and courteous with a very good value for money.
