We had dinner this evening and had a great time....excellent service from kind and helpful young people, dishes made with good ingredients, everything very tasty...see you soon....
Very good wine and good food. In summer I think it's the best restaurant in Piazza Bollente (the main square of Acqui Terme where the fountain flows at 60°)

We ate well, although the dish served wasn't exactly what we ordered. The staff was friendly, but three different people served us, resulting in some overlap. The wait between ordering and delivery was long. The gluten-free menu is extensive.

Lovely terrace practically on the square overlooking the Roman thermal spring.
We had a delicious meal here. Everything was freshly prepared and delicious, including the first courses, second courses, and desserts.
The service was quick, efficient, and relaxed.

Hey, the only flaw, like all the restaurants in Acqui Terme, is that it's a bit slow and the porcelain plates are cold.
Then the excellent basket of black and white bread and breadsticks. I, a vegetarian, had two very good courses, and my friend had two cannibalistic courses. 😂 Good. 1 bottle of wine, 3 mixed grapes, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Savignon, €24. 1 dessert, €84. Fair enough, it's been a while since I've been satisfied with restaurants. 😋
Now everything's fine, try it, you won't regret it. 👋🥂

Truly exceptional little restaurant next to Bollente: every dish is tasty and well-prepared. Incredibly intuitive menu: gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options clearly indicated.
Friendly, helpful and professional staff.
I went with a friend and we both tasted all the dishes, impressed by the original and well-prepared proposals.
We didn't have the chance to try everything! So, we'll be back :)
Update, a month later: come back as promised! However, two dinners are not enough to try everything. In my opinion, the top rankings are tagliatelle (gluten-free) with white ragù and "Lo scomposto"! It's a joy to be able to taste dishes of this quality and even more so when you have dietary restrictions.

Pranzo della domenica in famiglia con peloso al seguito, tutti divinamente accolti e curati dall'inizio alla fine!
Belle le tovaglie e le stoviglie, ampia la scelta dei vini, varia la selezione dei piatti, che va incontro anche ad esigenze diverse (vegani, vegetariani, senza glutine). Bagno originale e pulito, buona l'insonorizzazione della sala, nonostante le dimensioni ridotte.
In sintesi: il locale, per la posizione e l'ambientazione è già uno splendido "biglietto da visita", se poi uniamo a questo il personale cordiale e sorridente ed il cibo originale, seppur tradizionale, e dal sapore straordinario, rende l'esperienza davvero piacevole e sicuramente da ripetere!

Locale accogliente con un arredamento caldo e casalingo. Cibo ottimo curato e condito al punto giusto con materie prime scelte di un certo livello. Ero stata 10 anni fa e mi ero trovata bene, oggi la conferma, in una gg particolare poi come la Pasqua! Bravi tutti
