Very rich aperitif offering, not cheap but the price is in line with the quality. The cutting board can also be shared, so for a few euros more than the classic aperitifs you can really get a lot of quality. Very attractive dinner proposal, I ate the cinta and was very satisfied. Allow me just one suggestion: I would add a side dish already on the plate, to vary the bite. The meat was delicious and I would even say plentiful, but it tended to get boring without a side dish. Many top restaurants offer second courses as unique dishes. Important wine selection, we appreciated the pairings.

My family and I arrived late at the restaurant without reservation, were appointed seats at the terrace after which we were served swiftly and attentively. The food was great, tender and fair priced. For entre I had a type of shrimp raviolia, for the main course I had octopus. Both were cooked well and tasted good. I would recommend having dinner here. The service was friendly, professional with great detail for the food. Every dish of interest was explained in English with great care and patience by the owner Marco, who happened to served us (my family and I dont speak italian, we had a lot of questions and were assisted with each one). The food arrived timely and warm. The location of the restaurant was well and the decor was cozy, fancy and welcoming. Many local products are used in the dishes, which I can personally appreciate. All in all, I would recommend dining at Gur.me and will personally do so again if I visit Viterbo some day in the future. Tasty greetings!
