Angelina is a really pleasant place to spend an evening eating typical Trieste cuisine. Small and welcoming, the staff is always available to find a seat for everyone. Very friendly service, just how I like it. They don't claim to be starry but they enhance what they have available day by day. My favorite place in Trieste.

Small but super welcoming environment Always good fish and staff that are worth a visit just to have them serve you 100m from Piazza Unità A point of reference if you come to Trieste!!!

Unfortunately we seemed to have had a bad day. At the beginning the service was quite responsive. But the longer we were in the restaurant, the more inattentive he became. The wine was forgotten and our children's empty glasses were not noticed. There was lively conversation with other guests, but our wishes were not noticed. Overall we didn't feel welcome as guests. A pity.

Friendly, welcoming and friendly staff. It feels like having lunch with the family: confidentiality and generous portions. Mixed starter, white spaghetti with clams, red linguine with seafood (really good), mixed fried food (tasty and varied). We concluded with tiramisu and a sort of rolled sponge cake with custard with berries and cream: it was so good that as soon as it touched the table it disappeared. The liqueur (I think it was called Belinkovac) served with ice and lemon was an excellent digestive. The place is quite cozy. The small bathroom is not suitable for wheelchairs. No air conditioning.

Very nice service, unique atmosphere, tasty and fresh food. The price is adequate to the quality. I sincerely recommend it.

06/08/2024: Good osteria with magnificent views of the bay of Trieste. The frying could be improved but the pasta and antipasto were exquisite.
