The egg pasta is of absolute quality and there is also the possibility of eating it for lunch, traditional Roman first courses with fresh pasta of your choice and made at the moment and every day a particular first course based on the ingredients available. Creative and delicious stuffed pastas, these too can be eaten for lunch or taken away (always for lunch). Excellent prices for consumption on the spot (€6 for a first course with abundant seasoning and, as a Roman, done really well) I think it's an excellent alternative to trattorias that now charge a lot and the quality is usually not excellent. Excellent fresh pasta shop that also serves on site. If a tonnarello tomato and basil do it so well, I can't imagine the rest! Low prices and high quality.
