I visited this cafe based on a friend's recommendation. There were no issues with English communication, and the staff were friendly. I ordered two cannolis—one pistachio and one chocolate—and a ginseng coffee. The cannolis were delicious (personally, I liked the chocolate flavor), and the ginseng coffee was totally my style!

Excellent granitas, and the Porta Romana location is impeccably managed by Matteo, the manager... it's a shame for some of her colleagues, especially Natalie, who isn't capable of treating customers with kindness. Following an observation, I feel attacked and disrespected, especially for a customer who spends money there every day. Manners matter as much as the quality of the product, as does the atmosphere created in a place dedicated to food. This is definitely an area for improvement...

The best cannoli I've ever had. The place was very cozy, and the guy who served me was so kind. He put together a box for me to take on my trip with everything I needed to make the cannoli at home, and he even explained how to do it. He was a real sweetheart. 100% recommended.
