Ammasciata Pizzeria Napoletana Autentica In San marco argentano

A few months ago I heard a lot of good things about this pizzeria and I immediately thought about going there for dinner and I really can't leave out the welcome of the place, the kind but above all fast staff, the goodness of the pizza and the maximum cleanliness of the toilets. What can I say, I'll just say that I really recommend it to everyone and then I will gladly return some other time. Andrea.

And the owner – who is also the pizza chef – is a true enthusiast, a genuine person, competent and in love with his job. Tocca precisare, vista la griglia, che ho preso le pizze e le ho portate a casa, ma ho avuto comunque modo d'apprezzare la qualità del servizio e l'attenzione al cliente che sono elementi assai qualificanti. Da napoletano che vive da dodici anni in altre città meridionali (Potenza, Matera, provincia di Cosenza) per la prima volta ho potuto mangiare, con mia moglie e i nipotini, una eccellente pizza napoletana di stampo tradizionale. Giustamente Vincenzo Salemme mette alla berlina il dilagare delle pizzerie gourmet a Napoli e la frenesia di inventare impasti sempre più complicati e fantasiosi. All'Ammasciata il pizzaiolo-proprietario, invece, usa ancora l'impasto tradizionale. Morbidissimo e al tempo stesso compatto, di facilissima digeribilità. Ha fatto una buona scuola a Napoli: al 22, nel cuore del centro storico, alla Pignasecca, a 50 metri da Spaccanapoli. E così mantiene l'attenzione per gli ingredienti giusti: al punto che anche la pizza più "calabrese" la Brunori sas, bella carica di pepazzi cruschi sbriciolati, ha i friarielli e non i broccoli di rapa ...

Posto colorato, caldo e allegro..... pizza deliziosa, di qualità e particolarmente scenica.... Sevizio affabile e veloce..... Locale consigliatissimo! Parola di Rosanna Martellotta
