The best sushi I've ever eaten; it was freshly prepared. I especially loved the fried sushi. The restaurant itself is small, but most people takeout, so getting a table wasn't a problem. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area!

Pasticceria Rigon Dolo

08/03/2026: Definitely my favourite place in Dolo. It has perfect outdoor seating - a little sun trap by the gorgeous canal (whete you can spot turtules, lizards and collect wild herbs). Equally good for drinks & aperitivos as for cakes and coffees (incl. non diary options). Staff are super friendly too. Good to note, they do the little cakes as take away trays, and everything is priced resonably.
13/02/2026: Excellent pastry shop...super pancakes....
