I booked for an important dinner where I was particularly keen to make a good impression. My guests are passionate about fish and in particular they love raw fish. I made a wonderful impression, leaving everyone satisfied. A delicious dinner, fish prepared with art and passion, abundant portions, splendid and punctual service. Excellent quality/price ratio. Highly recommended

Nice place, located in a strategic point among many other small places. The staff was kind and helpful. The fish overall is very good but not cooked to perfection, the octopus for example had a slightly too rubbery consistency. Good prices, excellent wine, overall positive experience!👌

Met by chance... It's already the second time we've returned! We're from Lecce, but when we pass by Torre Canne it's now a fixed stop. Excellent food, relaxing view and super professional, polite and competent staff.. attentive to everything! Truly perfection, thanks to you!

Amare is undoubtedly a standout restaurant in Torre Canne. In a town with many excellent dining options, Amare consistently holds a top spot. The menu is a true temptation, featuring enticing options across appetizers, primi, and secondi courses. I must wholeheartedly recommend the calameretti fritti and the scampi spaghettoni; they are exceptional. The attentive and knowledgeable waiter further enhanced our experience. Friendly and fun service always adds a delightful touch to the meal. For me, Amare is a must-visit every time I'm in Torre Canne.

12/04/2025: Nice location in an old building in the historic center. The owners are attentive and helpful. The quality of the food is unquestionable, everything is fresh. My wife and I noticed a very small imperfection in the courgette batter but otherwise 😋. The costs are also adequate for what you order and in some cases even low (a few cases). Well done, we need more young restaurateurs like this

05/05/2025: Everything was good as always, the service was excellent too. I grew up eating their pizza by the slice, in addition to the pizza, the meatballs and croquettes are excellent. Pizzas and fries also available gluten-free
