Sono stato a pranzo con la mia compagna e la mia cagnolina, straordinario rapporto qualità/prezzo. Se vuoi conoscere le specialità di Trieste al giusto prezzo, devi assolutamente provarlo!

Abbiamo trovato Amano durante una passeggiata triestina e abbiamo deciso di fermarci, invogliati dall’aspetto di salumificio casalingo. Devo dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene: locale accogliente, che mette in mostra gran parte del menù composto da elementi classici della cucina triestina; servizio discreto, celere e cordiale; piatti semplici ma molto gustosi: abbiamo provato la Jota, il baccalà mantecato e una sorta di lasagna con prosciutto e formaggio. Abbiamo speso il giusto (circa 30 euro) e ci siamo alzati sazi e soddisfatti!
