What can I say? Very kind staff, excellent and typical food, wines to try all. The choice of what to take home is excellent: bread, breaded sardines, hand-cut cooked ham... In short, a little paradise of true Trieste flavours!

I stopped for a lunch break! The place is rustic and the atmosphere "warm". The sandwich with ham and kren is typical, me I got the version with cotechino! Very good. In addition, I also spoiled the meatballs. Prices are good! For those who want there is also a selection of gastronomy and ready-made dishes. Advised!

Non sono mai stato a Trieste e su internet si parlava molto bene di questo posto. E che dire, avevano ragione. Sono stato a pranzo con la mia compagna e la mia cagnolina, straordinario rapporto qualità/prezzo. Se vuoi conoscere le specialità di Trieste al giusto prezzo, devi assolutamente provarlo!

30/08/2024: Relaxing and pleasant, having lunch under a tree with a good platter of cold cuts and cheeses, no cutlery and a glass of wine, takes you back to the times in contact with nature. Excellent for relieving the stress of the city. Must try kren and roast beef
